Karisma used to be upstairs in the same building but now it's on the ground floor and has doors on both Washington and coming in from the courtyard in back, so if you're coming from the little parking garage next to Barnes and Noble you don't have to come all the way around on the street. Staff was super friendly (I particularly interacted with Christine) and there are lots of nice accessories (including a charm bracelet bar!) Clothes were a little costly for me but some nice options. Would stop in again while shopping downtown! read more

This is a really cool store! My friend Kathleen and I visited on Saturday and probably spent a little over an hour in here! There were so many cool things to look at! I ended up just buying some jewelry, but really fell in love with so many things (I think I'll be going back!) They have really unique items -clothing, purses, jewelry, accessories. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were some ladies from Oswego there going to an event and the staff was helping the pick out the perfect dress and jewelry. We all started bonding and had so much fun talking about the items and offering suggestions to each other! I found the prices to be pretty reasonable. I little more expensive than, say, a discount chain store. -But you are paying to the quality and the unique items -these are not mass produced items. They are beautiful -many hand-made -and "one of a kind." You won't have to worry about anyone having the same items! So glad we planned an outing in downtown Naperville. I love this place! I have been in there a handful of times and each time have found something I love. The prices for the costume/fashion jewelry are reasonable and, unlike other places, I have not had jewelry falling apart on me after wearing it once or twice. During my latest visit I was able to purchase a few items for a wedding. The range of casual - fancy is great for such a small space. The women in the shop have always been friendly and helpful. There are a lot of great stores on downtown Naperville but this one is one of my new favorites!! I had walked by this store many times but never gone in until the Naperville sidewalk sale, my loss!! I was pleasantly surprised to find a store full of fun, unique clothing that was affordable! My friend and I found several items each to try on and both bought more than one of them (I bought all fall clothing and am so antsy to wear it!!) The stores carries blouses, sweaters, dresses, jewelry, and a variety of accessories (I also bought a "girls night" clutch), I don't remember if they had bottoms or shoes...sorry!! I came to Naperville for a wedding from Texas without a dress. This was the first place I stopped and did not go any farther. Such great help and I found exactly what I wanted complete with jewelry. Then when I said I needed to find shoes she gave me her card and said seriously we wear same size, I can run a pair of dress shoes over here! So sweet! Hidden away on top of Potbelly's the staff at Karisma is always very helpful in finding what you are looking for. If you park on the lower level of the garage closest to Washington there is a walkway to Washington to get to Karisma's door. A lot easier than looking for parking on Washington! read more

I Love this little boutique! Every time I wear an outfit or an accessory from Karisma I get so many compliments. I love getting the texts about their sales. I think the price point is great but I wish it were a little more consistent. Sometimes I pick up a piece and go to the fitting room and find out it is totally out of my price range when all the other pieces are priced so great. Otherwise, i love the store.
