My 16 year old daughter bought an outfit with her very first paycheck from Bella Gia. She was excited and a friend said to go there and check it out. She however did NOT know that this store will NOT do full returns. The day after she bought it we called to ask about returning it as it really wasn't the right fit and was told, "store policy we can only do exchanges and store credit". So much more than the prom pictures in this store. Great variety for a more sophisticated look. Accessories too. Each item only has a few in the size so this is truly a boutique and you won't see yourself coming and going. Today while shopping and of course purchasing :) they wrapped our purchases. Very nice touch. This is my first visit. I'll definitely be back. Casual wear like great jeans and sweaters to beautiful dresses - short and long formals. Check it out. Well, as a dad I can't say that I have been to many prom dress stores. But I can say that "The Prom Shoppe" is a Beautiful Shoppe. Racks of beautiful dresses arranged by colors of the rainbow (see the couple of photos that I posted). I thought that all the people that I met inside were very friendly and helpful - not pushy. My daughter had already tried on every dress in the store during her last visit and chose the perfect one for her. Quite lovely (and glad I wasn't there for the 1st part of the adventure). She thought the the staff was very helpful and not pushy - good for them! They also have some very nice guys clothing (non-formal) as well as tuxes for prom or that other special occasion. This place doesn't even deserve a star, I was shopping for a gift, and I was verbally assaulted by an older lady that works at the Bella-gia and told me I couldn't afford the item I was thinking of purchasing, so I bought the same item from another boutique. 5 stars definitely is not enough stars to say how great this store is!! They have a great variety in clothes, jewelry, shoes and sizes with great prizes. The staff is what truly makes this store though. Such personalized and attentive service makes this store a pleasure to shop at for a super busy Mom who has very little free time. I love that they will pull clothes for me in my sizes without making search the store for what I want (or don't even know I want). I love that they are happy to reach out to you when an item arrives that you have been looking for. I love that they are happy to special order an item in your size if they are able too. They do a great job of checking on you in the dressing room and bringing you anything that you may need or again not even knowing you need I can't compliment their staff enough!! They have been great to my kids too when I've had them in there with me. The staff is so patient, kind and attentive. I seriously can't say enough great things about this shop. I know go out of my way to shop local and get what ever I can there whether it's for me or for a gift. What makes this store even better is they have won over my husband too which means I get a lot of great gifts too. If you haven't been to Bella Gia you need to check them out ASAP!!
