Really appreciated the sales associate that helped me out today.. so friendly, I even signed up for a credit card. I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory for work clothes and I still prefer those stores over Loft, but I felt that this location was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't over-crowded at all. The fitting rooms were spacious too.

The selection of stores is plentiful but to my disappointment, there was no luxury brands here like the Livermore Outlet. Adidas and Vans has 40 + 50% off on select items. For front parking at the main entrance the outlet charges a fee however there is free parking outside the main entrance. It's a nice outlet to visit however I don't think I would come back because of the limited selection of luxury stores and the parking situation.

I have several events & galas coming up so wanted to purchase many dresses but only got 1. If they let me try more I would have purchased more, but oh well. Also throughout the time the 2 women who were working at the store were talking in their language. I could tell they were mad at us and gossiping. So bummed and because of this I will not be coming back here again.

My shopping needs are pretty straight forward so I know where to find the items I need pretty quickly. It usually saves me a trip to another location such as Roseville. The shopping value is great...same as other locations but just may not have the selection you would find at a larger store.

I was so bothered and it got so bad that I told my dad aloud "there is nothing in here for us" and we left. I'm saying it was so bad that it's literally worth my time to report them. This store gave me the same vibes I get when we are at the San Francisco store. It was kept very organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in for one pair of jeans. Next thing you know. I am telling my wife to bring my son over as well. 6 items later we are leaving. I couldn't have been happier. The 7th item is being shipped. They didn't have any hesitation getting the items we needed sent to us. I think we spoke to 4-5 different employees. As they were all waiting to help. The Manager Rick(?) was even there and helping people from the register to the dressing rooms. The staff seemed to really enjoy being there. The store has great pricing. Great organization and are eager to help you find what you want. Even if it needs to be ordered online.

Even if it is a bit of a drive from our house, we do visit every now and then. The store is quite expansive, and quite well lit. Me and my poor eyes don't have to squint to read the fine print or even make use of my glasses. There's the odd item on the floor left behind by uncaring or reckless customers...especially on busy days, so a bit of care should be exercised when walking the aisles. The place does get crowded, especially on the weekends. Parking feels a bit limited, but of course, a public lot is never under the store's control. The price is reasonable. And the staff, if on hand, are very helpful...trying to be cheerful on crowded, busy days. There's a lot to see, so be prepared to spend an hour or more during your visit. Not a bad place to spend your time...and money.

Crazy but true. And it might be basic, but I love The Gap. Solid construction, soft fabrics, lots of cotton. If you're having "power surges" aka hot flashes it is so important to have breathable fabric, am I right? Today I stopped at the outlet to see what was on the racks. You have to walk a ways so be prepared. Those who use mobility aids need to be aware of the cobblestone like streets that abut the sidewalks leading to your destination. The accessibility of the mall could use some improvement. There are no restrooms in stores in the outlet, but I've had the unfortunate experience of using the public facilities here and 109% do not recommend. Isolated, remote, creepy. However, on to the Gap here. They have had a nice refresh/remodel since I was here a couple years ago, but I was a bit lost at first. The new light and bright dressing rooms are an asset. Staff circulating on the sales floor were helpful and asked if I needed help or a tote to carry my try-ons several times. I tried on about 12 items and hit success with 4 so, a nice 33.3% success rate. I hit the jackpot in their clearance racks- snagged a beautiful gauze summer dress, a sky blue blue button down, a western- type denim shirt with snaps, and a super soft ringer T for a mere $4. The total with tax came to $80. They have ample seasonal selections for women, kids, and men. They also have deep discounts on non seasonal items- I saw some adorable trench and puffer coats so keep your eyes out. They offer a good selection in extended sizes- I wear an XL or XXL and they always gave ample offerings, not an afterthought. Check-out was smooth. Overall a fun little trip to get some new favorites. I don't know if they'll last as long as the raincoat from the 80's, but here's hoping!

Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day.
