Came in to shop with my daughter. From the moment we entered the store till the moment we left the SALES associate was very pushy stayed within 3 ft of my daughter and I. Made it extremely hard to shop. Like legit shop. I don't know this sales associate was trying to pull a "pretty woman " on us but she was extremely pushy. As if she thought we came in to steal especially with how close she was too us. Not a friendly associate at all. Honestly was going to buy something if my daughter and I weren't treated as shoplifters. Wonder why people don't like to shop in stores anymore. But thanks for making the choice to shop online easier. I don't feel comfortable shopping for underwear with a stranger up my daughter and my butt. This place also surprised me with two things. First the good: they organized it so well!! Very neat and tidy now since 2023 Thanks giving. But In mean time. They hired a new male sales associate who really has the passion to keeping the store as tidy as possible. This sales associate used "don't" to me and another customer. Don't open the box. Don't move the stuff around. Here is the thing. This is a retail. If I am not moving stuff around. How do I know what else is hidden and I come here for shopping. Bad sales associate and rude. He can't even use PLEASE. And no smiles. Whatever. I come here often but I guess I will skip this store. This associate needs to learn what a sales associate should act from Clark's. Obligatory, if I could give a 0-star review I would! Stopped by the Folsom Calvin Klein location and thought I'd be able to shop and grab some great items, but instead, I was followed around as if I was going to steal. The caucasian red haired woman was extremely unpleasant and when I noticed she was being overbearing, she started giving fake customer service stating "I work in the service industry, it's my job." After I had enough, I headed to the cash register, and showed this woman that I indeed intended on paying for my items. I will NOT be coming back, shoppers shouldn't be treated as if they're criminals. If you have a loss prevention problem, hire a security guard. Don't make customers feel uncomfortable. Giving positive intent, if that isn't your intention, understanding social queues will go a long way. If the customer continues to state that they don't need help after being asked 5 or more times, just say, "well my name is xxxxx, I'll be over here if you need anything." Simple! I will be calling the corporate office to give my feedback as well because looking at other reviews, this seems to be an upward trend. read more

Crowded, shirts were 80% off for mens. Yes when I walked in, it's filled with lots of merchandise. I think they dont have anything in the backroom for stock. They are all in the showroom area. It can get pretty overwhelming for me, since it felt very crowded and claustrophobic. The people were extremely nice. I thought it was funny that the workers here kept on saying "OH SORRY. SORRY." They kept on saying sorry because it was crowded and they kept on bumping into us or they were always in our path. There are a lot of workers too. I bought my daughter a $200 backpack & it fell apart within 60 days. The manager will not honor an exchange & referred us to customer service. They've been giving me the runaround for weeks! I followed up today & they said they "closed the ticket" (no resolution or explanation why) & told me I had to wait another 5 days for someone to contact me & start the process over agin. Came here to get new underwear, and the shopping gods must have smiled down on me cause there was a rack of undies with a 70% off sign on it!!! Being a frugal shopper, I was giddy going through $44 bras for $13, and $4 panties. Sometimes, it pays to be a bigger (or smaller) chick because most of the sizes on the rack were either large or extra small (sorry in the middle ladies - let your healthy BMI be your consolation). At checkout, Jordan wrapped up my $13 bras so pretty, I felt like I paid full price :). With all the money I saved, I wasn't in a rush to leave, and enjoyed the rest of my trip to the Outlets. . . read more

OMG....they still had my favorite shorts....This time they were on sale selling at almost $60.00...now were $20.00 each...so I bought two pair...I asked the sales associate about them and she replied...we are getting the fall season of clothes and we still have alot of these shorts in the back to sell...if they went down a bit more i'd probably buy all of them....of course a size 32 that fits perfectly on me...lol...so I bought another tan and one green shorts in size 32... They had some really cool knitted shirts but wow...it cost $60.00 for one shirt...if it were marked down at least 20- 30% off I would've bought it too...but the main reason was I was shopping for my 2 kids for clothes and shoes for school august 15...when they both start...i did however buy a few blouses for my daughter at this kiddie store for lil girls...she was excited and liked everything in there...i had to budget myself and save as much money as i could have The staff associates were very friendly and actually had a conversation with me...since it was a very slow day...there were probably about 6 or 7 customers total in there not including my 2 kids and 2 friends... I liked this other button down shirt which cost $45.00 not on sale...then again i had to budget myself...cause i was shopping for my kids and bought what I needed...this was the second time I came and I noticed how the colors of the clothes were very light to pastels which were very vibrant...Mother always said that light colors bring out my skin tone which I am of fair complexion... I shopped at the Calvin Klein store in the Folsom outlets for the first time. My teenage son is becoming more fashion conscious and I wanted to see what I could find for him. I am only giving two stars for three reasons: First of all, they don't have any men's underwear! Huh??? They are most famous for men's underwear and there is not one pair for men in the store. It is a strange decision on the part of management in my opinion. Secondly, the longest length in men's pants is 34 inches long. My son has a 36 inch inseam. I am forever trying to find a longer length and usually have to go online or buy Levi's. A 36 inch inseam should be a standard size nowadays. People are getting taller! Lastly, I tried to use my retailmenot.com coupon off my phone. The man said it was only for rewards members. When I read the fine print on the coupon there was nothing about having to be a member to use the coupon, so I pressed it a bit. He was nice and said he would honor it, but the policy at the store is not to take those coupons. It is a silly policy! I had planned on taking my son there as he really loves Calvin Klein. However, I will proceed with caution. The man working there was very helpful, but seemed a bit annoyed by the underwear situation and that he begrudgingly gave me the coupon. This is my favorite store. They cater to a fit body style their shirts are cut perfectly if you work out and have a slim build. The store employees for the most part are really nice. The layout of the store is ok, the for sale isles are shoved in the back and could use some attention. read more

Calvin Klein has a very friendly atmosphere, the employees here are kind and seem to always try to accommodate to your needs. They have a preferred program that's pretty cool. My favorite associates were Arya Sharma, she was the most helpful, and Dro - he's got an eye for style. Overall, a well ran store. read more
