However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before.

They were $30, I bought them. She was super sweet about it. The dressing room lady and I had a nice conversation about how to spell my name, super sweet woman. If you shop here more than a few times, it's worth it to sign up for their in store credit card. This is the ONE store card I own- they give massive discounts for using it, and you can pay off your balance very easily using the cc platform or app. Sizing here varies- I find that I wear a slightly smaller size at LOFT than most other places. Also- the lounge line is huge- I'm usually a medium at loft and need a small (ha!) in the lounge stuff.

The charge have not been dealt with in a timely fashion. I would not suggest doing online business.

If you are trying to get an entire wardrobe, it tends to get a bit spendy, but they usually have a good clearance selection if you are willing to dig through there. The customer service my last visit was awful. I visited the store on 8/26/2018 and was in there at least 15-20 minutes and did not once have anyone acknowledge that I was there. There were at least two people working, but they seemed more interested in hanging up merchandise from boxes than to actually help people in the store. Then, when I got to the register, the sales associate was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to try to find a coupon I had seen on my email. There wasn't a line and there weren't that many people in the store, so I don't believe she had something more pressing than a paying customer in front of her. With that being said, I have been there previous times, and the customer service has been fantastic, so I think it is just a matter of who is working to determine what kind of experience you will get.
