It didn't fit quit right so they had a tailor on standby who made the necessary changes and the dress came out perfect for me. At one point, Lisa told her helper "you might need to go to the bank for me." Then, after the three of us had a lengthy conversation about traffic on Hwy 19, Lisa reached into the cash register and handed me $40. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by paying me $40 for at least 23 items!! Last Spring, I took about 12 items in and she paid me $45 When I browsed through the shop, I saw one blouse with a $29 price tag on it. I wish I had kept my items and donated them to my church thrift store. I will not go back, and I do not recommend the resale shop to anyone.

The store was very clean, well-organized, displays were beautifully labeled, & the racks were well-stocked. Everything about this location screamed perfection. All entering customers were greeted. The store was brightly lit. All prices & sizes were easily visible. Currently, get a second pair of shoes @ 70% off (w/ the exception of clearance). Paid $59.99 for my first pair & just $17.99 for the second pair, both w/ memory foam-- see pic. Will definitely return when in the market for casual footwear-- shoes, sneakers, sandals, boots, etc.

I've been in several times trying to give it the benefit if the doubt but each time almost the entirety of the women's section has been overpriced fast fashion. I checked and it would cost more to buy their ripped, used shein clothing than it would to just buy brand new for shein. Also found a walmart brand tank that retails $2.98 brand new at walmart, priced for $5.99 here. Final straw was when I went in on a day accessories were 50% off and got several accessories. You can't see what prices are while they're being rung up, and I thought my total sounded high, so I asked for my receipt. They could only text it to me, and sure enough, only 1 out of the 4 accessories I got were discounted. Since I paid cash, I was told my only option was to pick out something else for that exact amount right then and there, which by then I had no interest in doing. Not sure if the pricing is done based on a company wide policy or what, but they have to work on either improving the quality of their inventory or lowering prices because as it stands, I don't think it's worth it to shop there :/ The individuals who work there seem lovely and the issues at hand seem to stem from blanket policies and decisions outside of their control.
