Cavity was diagnosed with confidence-immediately and without any hesitation. (Had a bad experience elsewhere with this tooth....) Appointments run on time, dentist is caring, personable, relatable, understanding and compassionate. Office staff feel life I've known them for years- very friendly and sweet. They have other offices in Westbury, Great Neck, Huntington & Syosset. We were among the first patient scheduled on this hot and steamy day. The office was cool enough to make us feel at home while waiting. It has the standard size clinic, neat and clean basing on my standard.. The administrative person in charge was the sweetest and the most accommodating I have met. The surgeon assistants were nice and gave us simple instructions before the procedure. Dr Cole was easy to talk to, very kind and a real trooper. The wisdom teeth removal procedure took about 45 minutes. I was called to be with my son at the recovery room and was given detailed instruction both by the surgeon and the assistant for his faster recovery. We were given by the way the option to pick for 2 or 4 wisdom teeth extraction depending on our insurance benefits prior the surgery. Getting a re-visit/check up appointment is easy. If coming to this location is not possible on a particular day and time, there is an option to be seen on different location . There is an option to be seen by different surgeon on same location or different location as well. The place and the service didn't appoint us.
