Checked to make sure Dr was in network and the root canal was covered. Paid the $100 at the time of service that i owed. A month or so later i started receiving harrasing emails & text messages saying i owe over $1k! Called my ins co. They never even receieved a claim. Called the smilist and the woman was rude! Work on your people skills. If you're not sympathetic to this type of craziness you shouldnt be answeing phones. She claims the claim was sent on day of service and it will be resent but the bills won't stop. Why? Why do i have to be harrased about a bill i will not owe. I am very disappointed and will never go back there.

I had two appointments here, one cleaning, and one filling…read more The cleaning seemed to be very thorough but it was painful and i was not a fan of the technique where the hygenist picks at your gums to see if they bleed. my teeth hurt for weeks after this. there is also a big push to get invisalign here so they will ask you about it no doubt multiple times. their phone message system doesn't seem to be coordinated with their online check in system so even if you provide your health and insurance information beforehand, you will probably still receive texts daily leading up to the appointment telling you that you haven't. As far as the filling procedure itself it was painless and the dentist was very accommodating, however it seems like the office is a little busy at times and they are pushed to cut corners. there were several interruptions while my filling was being done by other staff members inquiring about how much longer it was going to take. In the end it seems like my filling was rushed because it was very rough and protruded to the point that it was pressuring the adjacent tooth and caused sharp pain. I ended up having to get it fixed about a week and a half after while i was on vacation. Overall I would say this is not a bad office but you need to be aware and always advocate for yourself. If something feels wrong, tell them otherwise they will gladly send you off.

A root canal was needed as well as other major dental work. That was a month ago and now all is well. Dr. Forman and his staff were awesome. He explained the process each step of the way and even contacted me within 24 hours of each visit to see how I was doing. He even made me feel comfortable by asking me which Pandora station I would like to listen to during the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Forman and Greenlawn Family Dentistry to anybody looking for a dentist!

I felt some irritation behind my left molar so I made an appointment at HBD. They are great and…read morehighly hygienic plus they follow CoVID standards very seriously!! The dental assistant met me in the parking lot and asked me questions like have I been exposed to CoVID then she took my temperature which was normal. I followed her in and was seated in a comfy dental chair. I rinsed my mouth for 39 seconds and spit it out. The dentist looked at my molar and said I had some particles which she cleaned out. She's awesome!! Highly recommend!!
