Credit she said also could be refunded by phone right then but I had paid cash and still wanted them. Mistakes happen but great customer service and terrific prices keep us coming back.

Last year she bought a beautiful bracelet with large skulls. This year she wasn't able to go with us but I had my orders to take pictures and buy her a bracelet. I got there at the end of the night on a Sunday and took some pictures of the bracelet case and had to call my daughter to talk about which ones she liked. They were actually closing but one of the staff, a very lovely woman with a ton of patience helped me out after I explained that I was trying to do this by phone. Even at the end of the day after a very busy weekend, they still had smiles on their faces and were extremely helpful. We ended up buying a very cool crystal necklace that was a bottle and a bracelet. The staff made what had the potential to be very stressful into a good experience even though I knew that they were probably tired and worn out from the crazy October weekend. The first thing that caught my interest was Astrology Boutique and I could not get it out of my mind. I collect crystals of all sorts and read Tarot Cards myself so to find what looked to be a shop here was AMAZING. Fast forward a bit over 24 hours and I biked on over with my brother and his gf, having talked the place up the whole time, excited as excited can be......turns out it's not what the signage reads. The door had a sign on it that read "by app only" with two phone numbers (no names for either). Nothing else. We peeked in the window and it looked barren. The sign out front reads "Palm, Tarot Cards, Crystals, Candles" and all we saw were about a dozen or so candles by the windows. We knocked on the door and nothing happened. I called the number on the sign asking if they were open and the lady on the phone did NOT sound happy. "We're only open for over the phone readings." HUH? How on Earth is someone supposed to read you over the phone. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed. What could have been an amazing experience in that store (or so I thought) turned into a sad bike trip back.
