Jewelers is a family-run business and you can tell from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy or trying to sell me something. I decided to have a custom ring made and worked mainly with Chris. He really listened to what I liked and made the process so easy and fun. He was detail oriented and thorough. He kept me updated during the entire process and had great communication. My ring turned out absolutely perfect and is better than I could have ever imagined. Pictures don't even do it justice. He was able to source beautiful kite shaped stones which added to the uniqueness of the piece. The quality is amazing - I really wanted a "dainty" look to the ring and Chris was able to pull that off while also making the band so solid my 2 carat stone does not slide around to the side of my finger at all. He rounded the band and it is so comfortable. The sparkle is everything and I love to put it on every day.

Flaunt volunteered to assist my work with a fundraiser, and a certain percentage of sales went toward money we were raising for Lung Cancer awareness in memory of a coworker. I believe this is something they do often, as well as help out in the surrounding communities. I brought in my watch to have the battery replaced. When I was home I realized the watch wasn't Working so I went back to the store where I was told my watch must have been broken when I took it in so they were not responsible. I was told they would refund my 20.00 but 20 min later, after much stalling it was obvious I wasn't even getting that back. the fact that something was done to my watch did not even concern them, I know they damaged the watch but I can't prove it, so I am out $300. And need to buy a new watch. The lack of concern for me was overwhelming, I guess you have to buy a diamond to get attention but beware if you have any problem because then Customer service is not a priority. I need them to replace the watch they damaged But I know that will never happen I will never go back to any Kay's ever again.
