He and his assistant did a great job on cleaning the panels, which were quite dirty. It's been 3 weeks since they were cleaned. I track their energy production on a daily basis and the newly cleaned panels are producing about 20% more energy than they were before I had them cleaned. We will definitely use them for our twice annual cleanings from now on. I will mention that Jonathan did not arrive at our set appointment time. It took him awhile to text back to my query about whether he was still coming, but that was because he was running behind on an earlier cleaning and up on the roof, unable to text back immediately. I don't want to give him less stars for that because I feel that was a legitimate reason for the delay.

On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. In 2026, My entire home was flooded from a underground water pipe while I was out of state for 2-3 weeks. This was a huge, massive job. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on.
