The way and manner in which the court functions left me with having absolutely no respect for WA Justice I was guilty until proven innocent no matter what the law says that's how I was treated. I won by jury trial which I am thankful that the people of Clark County are able to see the truth and understood my resolve. Let me tell you the prosecution I was told was this ambitious new upcoming prosecutor Katie Sinclair but let's just say she is sloppy and a terrible closer even with a judge allowing her every free opportunity to make a case against objections that had just cause. This prosecutor can't close cases and even worse is how she was promoted to such a position when evident by her using the law books in court to reference the law and her serious lack of confidence that look more like a child asking Daddy for permission to speaks in court the position is not earned but rather given by a poorly weak prosecution within Clark County. This prosecutor isn't ready for her position she is unqualified and lacks proper guidance from experienced prosecutors and even with a judge giving her the case on a silver platter she still lost. Some might say "it's like watching theatre" I'm sorry theatre and amateur prosecutors have no place in matters relating to real peoples lives and decisions that threatens the freedoms of its citizens this court and it's legal representatives should be ashamed. I will give some counsel to this court it's judges and prosecutors 1st The People have the final say and thank god for that. 2nd sometimes it's better to learn to choose your battles more carefully. And 3rd stop putting weak lambs when they have less experience then most paralegals in position of such great responsibilities. The recommendation from me and perhaps many others who have seen Ms.Sinclair would agree Send this prosecutor to a mandatory 2 years of aggressive Mock Trials so she can have some respect and can be a wolf when standing inside of any court. Katie Sinclair you have much to learn and you are not ready. I appreciate the people of my new home and thank the people for giving justice and truth accordingly.

You can apply, have your photo taken and submit everything in the same Day without missing work. Employees are coming in on the weekend, they wear special T-shirts and are in casual wear, but all with a great attitude. I really like the details that they paid attention to, since it is a weekend and most were coming as families....they had the foresight and to set up tables with paper and crayons for children to color while the parents were working on passport information, and there were even trays of cookies! It was a very heartwarming experience which is never happened at anything government in my life. Thank you Gresham!

Rose and I talked to members of the Gresham Fire Department and talked about our expexperiences with housefires. I also enjoyed the K9 unit from the Gresham Police Department. I never touch service animals, but it is always a pleasure observing these highly intelligent dogs. We were also able to get our entry card stamped and dropped them in a basket to see if we could win prizes. Some of the booths had some yummy doughnuts available for us to take (doughnuts two days in a row - what a treat). And nearly every booth gave candy away. I live about five blocks from the Gresham City Line, so it was great to hear about their servives, especially when they give doughnuts away!

I am a senior citizen, and my complaint was that I was BRUTALLY attacked physically 22 months ago on a C-Tran bus for no reason, other than 2 teenage thugs thought it would be fun to beat up an old man. I had to go to the with numerous head injuries. In 22 months, the police have done nothing about the case. They have had plenty of time to work on this case and get the video from C-Tran. If a senior citizen was their father or older brother, I am sure they would get on the case. Charges should be brought against these 2 kids! Now let's see if Yelp deletes this as well. P.S. I am a pro-cop person, but in this case, they dropped the ball.

Who knew I would review a police department - especially when I do not live here! I definitely do…read morenot like to need the police but was so grateful. This experience made me more likely to reach out to the police. I do delivery driving and prefer to work through the middle of the night because I genuinely feel safer. During the day people order from apartments that have no where you can safely pull over with all the cars. The cars on the road are excessive and aggressive. The people you drop to barely tip yet are very rude. Nighttime is the opposite usually and most deliveries are just to nice people who work late like security or laboratories. I get lots of houses all over town and have the joke to please get stoned and order but stay conscious to leave your porch light on at least. 230am I get a Taco Bell pickup and drive it over to a very lovely Lake Oswego house with a large solid magnetic gate with a fancy keypad and voice. They left the code saying to just leave the food and here's the entry code. Cool, through the gate, drop food and take the photo. I went to leave and was very confused as there is zero trigger to get back out. I looked and looked. I tried the text to customer and calling the customer. The house has zero signs of life and Ubereats customer service was ridiculously unhelpful. I called the non emergency line for Lake Oswego and the very kind dispatcher and I chatted - she really made me feel better. I do not like being trapped and there was a one foot space under the gate I even tried to see if maybe I could squeeze under but nope. I thought the police would take forever, not take me seriously or something... I made a lot of assumptions as I was genuinely a bit scared and distressed feeling helpless and trapped. I was in shock as to how fast the police arrived - seriously it could not have been even five minutes after she said she was able to dispatch someone. He was so kind, went right to the keypad to enter the code (I seriously will never forget this person's gate code!!!) and the amount of relief hearing that magnetic lock unhinge...I resisted the VERY strong urge to run straight into his arms. I wanted to shake his hand while thanking him and seriously hearing him say his first name versus that authoritarian attitude you expect was so nice. Also, him giving me their number and stating that since I am over there delivering hopefully I don't need them but that they are definitely there if I do.
