We were in town for several days and this place turned out to be perfect for us. It is located directly on the river and across the street from the best golf course in the area. We rented a comfortable, furnished studio apartment compete with a small kitchen. The place was very clean and fresh, with quality linens and mattress. The manager told us that they had recently completed a renovation and it showed. I especially appreciated the free laundry facility, which is also new. It was a real treat to sit on the private beach and watch the freighters move up and down the river. We return to St. Clair every year and will definitely make this our home base from now on.

It was convenient to have a fully equipped kitchenette for those days we didn't want to dine out. We especially liked the view of the river and sitting on the dock watching the lake freighters. This place was a real find for our extended vacation. We have already booked our stay for next summer.

the rent for somebody who owns their own home is astronomical there is no amenities here there is a…read moretiny little playground with rocks in it a clubhouse that can only hold 20 people. their other properties that they own pay the same amount of rent as us and they have massive amenities like a beautiful clubhouse a pool basketball courts a nice playground tennis courts we don't have any of that there is no reason that our rent should be in the 600's. And if we own our own homes we should not have to pay a pet fee. I'm sick of hearing that the rent we pay is market value when there is a mobile home park 10 miles north of here that only charges $384 plus your water. And it has a beautiful clubhouse and a decent-sized park for kids. had I have known that they were going to raise the rent every single year I would have never moved my home in here I would have moved it to the other Park north of here. I have been looking for home movers to move my home to another Park. I also brought my mom and dad to this park and they brought a house in here and they're also looking to leave and take their house with them.
