They are prompt, courteous, affordable, reliable and almost zero interuptions (when there are interruptions, its crazy brief). Most recently, I planted a tree and cut the service wire----after stopping into the office to confess, they had it fixed before I got home (within the hour) and at no charge which I expected to pay for. Am I stalking them...a little...unfortunately I think sthey're the only game in town but they're forcing me to seek other options. Update 8/25/2012 - can I give zero stars? negative stars. Not only do they aviod answering the phone to sign up a new customer, but here I am without service again because of their terrible equipment and network design. I pay $40 for a download speed of no more than 3mbit and a connection that has trans-oceanic type latency and the circuit drops so many packets I find it difficult to use IM. Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

We ended up selecting a system that was pretty new to Saberin (LittleBird) but they did a fantastic job, kept us informed, and had the best pricing of the firms we talked to. I know a thing or two about low-voltage wiring and was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. Everything is working well and I would highly recommend them for any sort of access control or security system. They delivered what we needed and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't. They were also patient as we worked through a two month long procurement process and asked for multiple options and quotes. After the work was done, we had a locksmith out to remove our old keyed locks and he asked who installed the system. When I said it was Saberin he told me, "You made a good choice." They obviously have a reputation for quality work.
