Two years ago, a mini-tornado took out a large tree of our neighbor and damaged one of ours slightly. While not scheduled. I figured they were probably busy like the rest of us with the holidays so that's why they never called back. Yesterday however I called again. Brad picked up and I said I needed someone to look at my live oak. He asked if I needed it trimmed and I said no it is struggling and needs some help. Then I heard a dial tone. I thought for sure that was a mistake so I called back twice and both times was put to voicemail. I left a message voicing my frustration of leaving so many messages, not getting a reply, and then to be hang-up on? Still no call back. I guess Brad may be good with trimming trees, but has no idea how to get them healthy. Whatever the case - certainly not "Best" in my opinion. Good luck.

I had Precision come out to take out three sago palms to protect my dog. Sago palms are very toxic…read moreto dogs, and can even be fatal if not treated immediately. I specifically mentioned this more than once. Yesterday early morning, I rushed my dog to a veterinary emergency room because she had ingested sago palm seeds (something I discovered after her eighth time vomiting and drooling uncontrollably). After her 48-hour care, I now have a medical bill costing $2,400. My dog, luckily, is doing well so far. If the seed in the attached picture had been deep in the ground, I would be more forgiving. But, this seed was near the top. The crew tossed some dirt and rocks over it and called it a day. And unfortunately for my dog, potentially signed her death warrant. I'll have to go out and purchase a shovel, so I can dig around to make sure nothing is left behind. I leave them with one star, because despite all of this, they were kind and easy to work with.
