Cargil (one of the arborists) came out to look at our Cedar Elm that had split, and he gave us lots of great information as to what probably caused the split and what he recommended. Ultimately, it made the most sense to have it removed, and he gave us a very reasonable price, while explaining exactly what we would be charged for and how the price was determined. I appreciated his expertise and transparency. Since there was a risk of the tree falling and damaging our house, he put a rush on the job and the crew came out the following business day. I watched from the kitchen window as they took it down, and it was impressive! They were so fast, but so precise and careful at the same time. And when they were done, they cleaned everything up and asked if we wanted the mulch that was created from the tree being ground up.
