It took me 40 minutes to get connected to a person. They charged me and said they would reverse it but never did. This final ride the driver told me that the machine was broken and tried to shake me down for cash; he turned the machine on when I complained, then upped the price some outstanding amount by tacking huge miscellaneous fees onto the meter. My flight was leaving ASAP, so I had no way to fight the charge. Consumer beware.
