As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is easy to book via phone or web, friendly, polite, affordable compared to Uber surge pricing and cabs citing emergency pricing -- and most importantly, punctual (5 minutes early in my case). Even their email receipt system is geared toward customers. They are always on-time (even in the wee hours of the morning), always have the requested car seats, and always know how to get us where we want to go. Based on reviews, I booked the service to pick up my boss from a downtown hotel and drive him to the airport. When ride arrived, they were unprepared and made him wait while they transferred child seat to the back. Interior was smelly and unclean. I can not recommend this company and will not use ever again. I was scammed by this company. I used their website to get a quote but it was too high so I booked through a different company called Boston Airport Express Car. I'm not sure if the two companies are working together to scam or what but somehow drivers from both companies claimed I booked through them. I did not book through this company but the driver showed up and took our bags and took us to the airport. He charged me an exorbitant rate. AND the other company I had booked through charged us too because they said we booked but didn't show up. I decided to update my review on BAE as I have now used them three separate times. Each time I have found them to be professional, on-time, and well worth the cost. Each time, I received several emails in advance of my trip providing me information on the car type and driver. The last time I used BAE they offered me a 10% discount for paying in cash. They told me they would call me back. 6:47 they call and tell me driver had a flat but another driver is coming. 6:55 I get a call saying I should find another cab company. Whatever you do, do not use Boston Airport Express. This company stole my credit card information. In addition to $2,000 of fraudulent charges at online retailers, they also had the audacity to pay themselves directly and leave a paper trail. I have of course reported them to my bank and plan to contact the Better Business Bureau, but I see from T.S.'s post that I'm not alone and they'll probably do this to more unsuspecting people. It's a shame. I wish I read more reviews, but I saw the overall positive Yelp rating and my driver seemed normal at the time. We did have a miscommunication about tip, resulting in me paying 40% instead of 20%, but I figured he was a hardworking guy so I shrugged it off. In the end, I ended up paying $95.00 for a 20 - 25 min. ride to the airport and had my identity stolen. My hope is this Yelp review will save you from a similar situation. My boss was stuck at Logan after his flight was indefinitely delayed. I called every limo and taxi service on Yelp and most couldn't get to him for several hours (during which time I could have left Framingham, driven to Logan, and picked him up myself). The ones that could go pick him up within a reasonable window refused to take him all the way back to Framingham. Boston Airport Express picked him up within ten minutes of my call, sent him the driver's name, and the car's description and license plate # and drove him all the way home. I was very pleased with the whole experience. It was fast and easy. Gratuity was included in the rate, so my boss didn't even have to have cash with him. Was traveling alone and had an early 6am flight. Needed a dependable ride to the airport for 4am. I had looked for local taxis in Belmont and all had bad reviews- even reviews indicating a no show. I could not afford to deal with a no show because this was a work trip. Mr Abu was 2 minutes early, helped me with my bags, made conversation the whole way and got me to the airport in no time. He also made sure I was dropped off as close to my departure gate as possible. Service may be pricier than Uber or lyft but it is well worth the assurance that you'll deal with someone prompt, friendly and reliable. I was going to use these guys to go from Cambridge to Boston Logan. However, I found a much lower fare elsewhere and attempted to cancel my ride with them. Beware if you want to make any modifications after your original booking--they are absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Email to two different addresses was unreturned. Phone calls to two numbers rang on and on then ended up at voicemail. I spent half an hour trying to cancel my booking with no success. When I was already happily at the airport the next day, I turned my phone back on after my first flight to angry voicemails about "being asleep". Oh, the pleasure of trying to deal with them still cost me $55 -- which I now have to go spend more time disputing with my credit card company. To their credit, the angry message was left the minute they were supposed to have picked me up. So I guess they're prompt. read more

My husband and over-payed for what was essentially a bumper car ride to the airport. $60-$70 one way! The driver was 15 minutes late. When we arrived, he didn't want to accept our discount code, so my husband had to sit curb-side for an extra 7-10 minutes finding the code for the driver. Our family used Boston Airport Express to get us from Logan to our hotel this past weekend. Harun was our driver both to and from the hotel; he was very friendly and helpful. We have two young kids and the van already had car seats set up for us. It made getting to the hotel and navigating the streets of Boston seamless and super easy for our family of four. Harun came in a Honda Odyssey, which had plenty of space for our family as well as all our luggage, backpacks and stroller. It was a lot cheaper and easier than renting a car and attempting to get to the hotel on our own. I highly recommend this taxi service for anyone traveling with young kids. Had a pick-up scheduled with Transportation New England and they never came. I called around to see if other companies could take me to the airport, but they all said they either didn't do pick-ups in my area, or there was no one available to pick me up right then. I finally stumbled upon Boston Airport Express in my Google searches, and they were excellent. The driver called right within the promised window of time to let me know he was close by, so I was ready to hop into the car when he got there. He asked if I had a preferred route, otherwise he'd just take the GPS's, and I said I was fine with whatever the GPS said. It was a very pleasant and direct ride. The perfect amount of Boston friendly, so that he was nice but I didn't pressured to make unnecessary chitchat. Very professional.
