First time trying to find a regular cleaners (yes, I've held out for that long.. not exactly sure how, but it must be some sort of accomplishment?), but I think I've found the one! I had 3 winter coats and 2 silk blouses dry cleaned. Very nice lady with reasonable prices and quick turn around. I was especially impressed with my coats. Haven't tried alterations yet.. will have to update my review if I test it out. read more

Do not bring anything you value to this dry cleaners! I brought a silk dress that had a few stains and was told they can clean it. I came back to pick up with an entire stain going around the dress and was told it was there before? They said they can see what they can do, came back again and there are spots all over the dress. I am beyond devastated and was gaslit saying it was all there before even though I have photos before bringing the dress in and she refused to acknowledge it. All I wanted was accountability and an apology since mistakes happen, but instead Tammy continued to say I just didn't notice before. Completely heartbroken is an understatement, very unprofessional. read more

Don't Bring your Clothes here, they are not professionals. I brought my brand new Nike puffer jacket with the tag still on it and they destroyed it... First it had water stains and I took it back to let them get the stains out. Now they messed it up even more with feathers coming out off it!! I'm so disappointed. read more

As one half of a retired couple, it is mighty rare that we need dry cleaning services if ever. However, this is where we bring all of our stuff for alterations which we do need with some regularity. We are always treated well and our results are always good and if there are issues on the rarest of occasions, the work is guaranteed. My husband and I did a vow renewal on the beach for our ten year wedding anniversary. My perfectly preserved gown got totally trashed on the hike and came home full of sand. I took it in and asked the kind woman to just get the sand out of the layers so I could hang it back in the closet without getting everything else dirty. I knew it was trashed, I was not asking or hoping for a miracle to restore my beautiful gown to its original glory. But that is exactly what I got! I can not believe how amazing it looks! Practically good as new! You would never know that I dragged that train along a half mile dirt trail and danced in the ocean wearing that thing. That's why you need to measure against how long the business has been around, how many regulars come through, and the consistency of the service. No stars at all for this business!!! I dropped my brand new dress for cleaning the owner saw me taking the tags off. I didn't notice the problem before the day when i was to wear my dress.... it was covered with dark blue stains ! When I come back and talk to the owner she said that that she has nothing to do with the stains and they were there when I dropped it off.. Ne need to say I will never comeback to this place and I wish we could do something against this kind of dishonest businesses. read more

If I the rating system allowed, I would give Cambridge Cleaners a 10. I have been a steady customer for eight years, using their excellent service three times per month, or roughly 250 times. More than enough to judge their integrity, service quality and honesty. They are competitive and have accomplished many miracles in reweaving, removing spots and resizing our clothes. Each and every time a customer is given a claim check with the exact amount of the cleaning cost with the date, tel number of customer and when the cleaning will be ready. It seems obvious to me another reviewer became confused and left their cleaning at the nearby tire shop or burger joint, or are working for an unscrupulous competitor. Cambridge Cleaners is outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend them; the proof is in the hundreds if times we have depended on them. read more
