My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!

Our Property Manager, Allison, was nearly impossible to reach by phone. When I did have questions, I was repeatedly told that she could not answer them and that David was the person who could. However, calls transferred to David consistently went to voicemail, leaving us without answers or assistance. We eventually discovered that our HOA apparently did not even have a current contract with Park Management. Because of the ongoing lack of communication and support, we decided in July to move to a new property management company. At that time, Park Management was supposed to provide our new management company with our HOA records, ledgers, and other important information. More than three months later, that information still has not been provided. Now we have received a notice that the water to our entire building is at risk of being shut off. I contacted the village and was informed that Park Management apparently has not paid the water bill since March. When I called Park Management today and spoke to Allison, she said she spoke to David and we didn't pay the bill because we didn't have an Efficient funds. If you are considering Park Management for your HOA, I strongly recommend doing your due diligence and asking very specific questions about communication, financial records, contracts, outstanding bills, and the process for transferring records when you leave

Schrank & Associates managed Tierra Grande Courts Condominiums for years and their primary job was collecting money and when asked to make repairs, residents were made to pay SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS but the promised repairs never came. The TGC Condos are almost never repaired and as a result, many of the condos contain MOLD ( as you can see in the photo) which is in the cement foundations and throughout the units. Beware because MOLD can make you sick and residents have become sick, but Schrank & Associates didn't care.

When they finally responded because there was water pouring through my ceiling like a waterfall, they tried to tell me that they didn't have my correct phone number yet it was the same number id had multiple texts and calls with since they took over managing the building in April of 2025. The "contractors" that did the repairs were unprofessional, caused more damages to personal property, Kevin accused me of being deceptive because my photos were not "time stamped". I have a claim in with my renters insurance and neither my insurance company nor myself can get a response from anyone at REI. I've asked REI to please respond. Not to mention I found this Google review today. Ed Crespo is the manager in charge of REI. But apparently he likes to make reviews on google and pretend to be a tenant. Other tenants have had issues with them as well and action needs to be taken. If I didn't have to give them at least one star to post this, I would give them none.
