The TGC Condos are almost never repaired and as a result, many of the condos contain MOLD ( as you can see in the photo) which is in the cement foundations and throughout the units. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. Our Property Manager, Allison, was nearly impossible to reach by phone. When I did have questions, I was repeatedly told that she could not answer them and that David was the person who could. However, calls transferred to David consistently went to voicemail, leaving us without answers or assistance. We eventually discovered that our HOA apparently did not even have a current contract with Park Management. Because of the ongoing lack of communication and support, we decided in July to move to a new property management company. At that time, Park Management was supposed to provide our new management company with our HOA records, ledgers, and other important information. More than three months later, that information still has not been provided. Now we have received a notice that the water to our entire building is at risk of being shut off. I contacted the village and was informed that Park Management apparently has not paid the water bill since March. When I called Park Management today and spoke to Allison, she said she spoke to David and we didn't pay the bill because we didn't have an Efficient funds. De Janette appeared to be equally annoyed and condescending in all her interactions. We were rushed through a large multi-unit building like cattle and spoken to like kindergarteners, De Janette couldn't complete a sentence without an eye roll or a snide remark. I think a better approach would be to assume all interested are professionals and should be treated as such unless proven otherwise. These are her peers, potential clients, connections and most importantly, customers. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, but with the vast number of agents in the Chicago area having at least the basic competency of being pleasant, I'd steer clear of Cummings.
