Enforcing privacy rules is fine, but treating patients like cattle is unacceptable. If Kelly hates customer service this much, she shouldn't be the face of the clinic.

Beginning with scheduling my appointments, they do not overbook, the experience was completely positive.  The waiting room is clean, and light and airy. The PAs who initially see you are competent, and friendly and caring.  Dr. Lynch was sensitive to my concerns. He answered my questions completely and clearly, in a manner that I could easily understand. The surgeries (total replacement of both knees, three months apart) couldn't have gone better. There was minimal pain for surgeries of this kind. I was up and using a walker the day after surgery. I graduated to a cane within 2 weeks and discarded the cane after 2 months. I am now walking around better than I have in 20 years. I cannot recommend Dr. Lynch highly enough.

Was told for diagnosis, to schedule appointment with regular doctor, which I did, but was booked with a PA, not doctor. 45 minutes past my appointment time to see a PA for 5 minutes who did nothing- no new tests, still no diagnosis. Someone suggested a surgeon there. Again almost 45 minutes late past my appointment time to see an older very grumpy surgeon who acted completely annoyed to answer questions . Not a professional environment in my experiences. There are several admin people when you first walk in, most not doing anything but would not check me in - said you have to do it yourself at a touch screen kiosk that no one was sanitizing after multiple people touching it. They were fast to ask for my credit card to get a copay once I checked myself in.

I had literally seen seven physicians and thirteen physical therapists before meeting Hope and Dr. Stu Steinman. I had been told by previous practitioners that I would never run again and that I would likely be in some level of continuous pain for the rest of my life. Since beginning treatment with Dr. Steinman and Hope (who are conveniently located in the same building in Norwalk), my back pain has been diminished to almost nothing. I exercise two to three hours per day, including running, without pain. Hope is a phenomenal physical therapist who cares deeply about her patients. She is intuitive, thoughtful, innovative, hardworking and demanding (and I say demanding as a positive, because if you truly want to get better, it takes work). I recommend her to anyone and everyone I speak to (who might have a need) - so it was imperative that I write a review here as well.

I have been to probably a dozen physical therapists over the years and Brian is absolutely the…read morebest! He is a master diagnostician! As an example, I went to him a few years ago because I was feeling that my quads were weakening as I worked out instead of getting stronger. The more I worked them the weaker they got. He did a bunch of mobility tests and figured out that because of a hamstring injury 2 years prior I had adjusted and wasn't properly using my hamstrings and gluts. (It had been so long that I'd forgot I'd injured them until he started asking me about it...) He taught me some simple exercises to retrain my muscles and within weeks I was back in business. I've gone to him several times now over the last ten years and I am continually amazed at how skilled he is. They now use an app that shows me exactly what the exercises are and so I have easy access to them when I get home and I can make sure I'm doing them correctly. The team is incredibly professional and helpful (Thank you again for your help, Ali!). I've been to other places where they used stim so much it burned a hole in my leg. I've been to places where they are working with 4-5 people at a time and you wind up sitting around waiting. I've been to places where they do all kinds of different things but I don't get better. These folks are far and away the best. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

I love Dr. Cavallo's office…read more I came here for an evaluation after I hurt my knee and went to Stamford Hospital ER and they told me I sprained my knee. A week and a half later my knee still didn't feel right. I made an appointment to go to Dr. Cavallo. He was real thorough. After he did the test. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my right knee, he even said you can get a second opinion if I would like. He does a lot of them, he him self has even had the surgery. I was very surprised since Stamford hospital was so off with my diagnosis. Dr. Cavallo actually did my surgery and I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. He put me at ease and did my surgery perfectly. Recovery was long and one of the toughest things I've had to do through no fault of his. I also started physical therapy in the same office with James Caroleo and he and his team who have also been wonderful. I would highly recommended Dr. Cavallo office for your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Reuben and his staff have been a tremendous help! He's been working on a few different things with me, and I am extremely happy to see a big improvement in my back. I think I saw every type of doctor/health practitioner under the sun and no one was able to give me relief. Dr. Reuben, however, diagnosed my issue within minutes and I was pain free within two weeks (probably less)! Everyone else I went to solely focused on my symptoms, while Dr. Reuben focused on the cause.
