It's a great school for leaning, all my kids had attended and continue with their education.

My child's teacher is very communicative and I love that they use ClassDojo to keep the parents up to date on not only events but your child's progress. The campus is very secure and clean as well! Pick up time can get a bit crazy but if you get there early it goes real fast. They also have half day every Friday and we really like it!

Every statement in this review is based on documented incidents, written communication, and direct interactions that occurred during my employment. I have full proof of each event described, including formal reports and legal documentation. Several individuals in leadership positions maintain public-facing profiles that emphasize professionalism, ethical leadership, student safety, and respect. These profiles present values that did not match the conduct I experienced. The gap between their public statements and their actual behavior created an environment marked by instability, intimidation, and emotional harm. During my time at AMS Desert Sky, I experienced and witnessed conduct that placed both staff and students at risk. This included: A violent incident where a teacher choked me, resulting in a restraining order.A cafeteria incident where a teacher screamed at me from across the room, causing students to turn and watch the commotion The same teacher approaching me at point‑blank range in rage, creating a clear safety threat Harassment during pregnancy Grief shaming after a family loss Denial of earned bonuses without explanation Public humiliation, including a forced dance in front of staff Retaliation and intimidation throughout the workday Breakdown of communication across departments Decisions influenced by personal relationships instead of ethical standards Unauthorized access to employee financial information Leadership turnover that removed stability and direction In addition to these incidents, I was excluded from every meeting held about the misconduct I reported. Leadership conducted these meetings without me present, without allowing me to speak, and without giving me the opportunity to provide evidence or respond to accusations. This exclusion removed any chance for a fair process, prevented accurate documentation, and allowed harmful behavior to continue without accountability. Attempts to report violence, retaliation, and unethical conduct were ignored. Concerns about safety and staff treatment did not result in investigation or corrective action. Staff morale declined, and the climate became unsafe for both employees and students. A public safety incident at another AMS campus, where a kindergarten student with autism walked off campus unnoticed, showed that these issues were not isolated. Even after the incident reached the news, the organization did not strengthen safety protocols or address leadership failures. I am sharing this information to ensure transparency and accountability. My goal is not to attack individuals, but to document conduct that harmed me and to highlight the contradiction between public leadership statements and actual behavior. Public Leadership Profiles Referenced These profiles contain statements about professionalism, ethical leadership, and student safety. The conduct I experienced did not align with the values listed in these profiles. Principal Profile: Principal Profile Assistant Principal Profile: Assistant_Principal_Profile I am referencing these profiles because they are public and represent leadership standards that were not upheld. Closing Statement I hope future changes lead to stronger accountability, improved communication, and leadership that prioritizes safety, respect, and ethical conduct. Staff and students deserve an environment where leadership behavior matches the values presented to the public. https://desertsky.amsschools.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=1334830&type=d&pREC_ID=1530168
