I verified if texting the number I communicated with them to coordinate my site visit was the best method going forward and they said yes. They said there was a very good chance for students to be transitioning out of the preschool program and that we would most likely be able to start in July. After that it got pretty disorganized in my opinion. I had to ask for verification that I was on the waitlist, which was just texted to me "You are on the preschooler waitlist" I followed up via text March 2026 and was ignored. I followed up again in April and was told there was no movement, which was understandable. I followed up again in May, and was completely ghosted. I found cheaper and more reliable communication with other facilities.

There is low staff turnover, which means the teachers who are there know what they are doing and love what they do. The environment is warm and inviting and the children's minds are stimulated with different activities. By the time your child is through, he/she will be able to read the alphabet, a few words, and write his/her full name, along with other things. This place really has the right balance between academics and letting kids simply enjoy being kids. The staff really helps support you through those milestones (potty training, etc.) and does a good job re-directing "naughty" behavior. My son is sweet, but very energetic and they did a terrific job helping him to focus and work as well as learn good social interaction skills. What can I say? The vibe is so family-like and you will feel safe leaving your child there for the day. They have plenty of outdoors time, singing, stories, and activities and I appreciate the parent conferences to give an update on progress. The kids seem to learn naturally, discovering gradually on their own. I love that snacks are included. About our experience: First, touring the school my husband and I were so impressed by the diversity, the ideology of the school, the atmosphere and the attentive nature of staff and teachers. Second, the fact that they have a preschool/elementary/middle school in one space is dream for us and the way that each grade level has their own space is also incredible. Finally, we were beyond thrilled that our children are not only learning the standard subjects, but they are also have Spanish, Music, P.E and computers almost everyday. This is above and beyond the majority of schools we have toured and researched. Since ISP took over and Dr. Jo left, the school has changed. My sense is they will take any child who can pay. There is also less accountability when there are behavioral issues and the school does not feel like a safe place to send a child any longer. Kids are getting hurt, and there is inappropriate conduct. The teacher professionalism and turnover is an issue especially given the price of the school. They've hired some folks who don't have experience or a credential. And folks have left mid-year which is really hard on the kids. The school bills itself as accelerated--sometimes this ended up as a positive, but other times it felt too fast and mastery was lost in the process. I also think parents should know that some of these reviews were incentivized by the administration. I think the real picture is more of a mixed one.

Egg and milk allergies alone can easy create a cross contamination but they handled it like a champ! Zero allergy reactions! Alyssa and Ronnie are my Hero! My son learned to walk, talk and even concurred potty training while at daycare. He was enriched with activities and learned so much to prepare him for preschool. Alyssa and Ronnie also fed my son so good he would rave about her breakfast and lunches: vegetables, pasta, peaches etc! Plus would give me advance notice for parties so I can bring my son a vegan cake and he would feel included in the party. We can't forget about Teacher Rosie! She's also amazing! FOREVER FRIENDS FAILED TO ENSURE MY CHILD'S SAFETY!! On September 8, 2019 another parent was on Forever friends property in which he actually HIT ( Yes PHYSICALLY PUT HANDS ON MY CHILD). While the owner of forever friends claims there was a teacher on the grounds and she "removed kids from the parent because he was being hostile" . I don't understand how someone can witness a child or children being intimidated by a parent when their job is to ensure our child's safety. NO ONE AT THE CENTER FELT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO CONTACT me and tell my my son was abused on their property. I had to hear all of these details from a 5 year old. ISSUE NUMBER 1 - no one reported or called telling me my son was hit by someone's FATHER ISSUE NUMBER 2- a center's responsibility is to ensure all kids that are signed in and out of their center is PROPERLY BEING WATCHED. ISSUE NUMBER 3- no incident report nor police report was filed on behalf of the center. - NEGLIGENCE I 100% fault forever friends for their negligence and if you are looking for care I would not I REPEAT I WOULD NOT take my child here. I had a mutual agreement with the owner that that parent would no longer be on their property YESTERDAY 09/30/2019 that trust from the owner was broken when I heard AGAIN from my 5 year old that that same parent that HIT my child was back on the property. My son's words " ***** dad was at the school mom and I was scared hiding under a desk" EVERY PARENT AT THE CENTER OR NEAR FUTURE PARENTS BEWARE . cause your child's safety is by far this center's concern .
