I was stalked by a female associate with grey hair & a bob haircut a few months back. I walked in with my 2 minor children & was on my cellphone. She approached me , rudely said something like everything is half off or something! I was appauled because she saw & heard me on the phone. She walks away , 2 minutes later came back & told my kids shes still on the phone?I turned my back & continued I couldnt believe how rude she was . We had to wallk out the store after she came a 3rd time. The past Sat 26 Aug i returned to the Gap there were 2 women .A younger associate told me rudely can i help you with something, no smile or even a hello , welcome to the gap if you need my help. . . St Tammany parish most of your associates are so rude & unfriendly. I love the Gap but i ve had to reduce my trips in there because of the lack of customer service. The corporate office need to overhaul the customer service honestly.

Steven clearly knows his craft. He put together the perfect ensemble and made sure every piece worked together and fit properly. He also kindly educated us on different suit fits and styles--something we admittedly knew very little about--without ever making us feel uncomfortable about it. What I appreciated most was how patient and attentive he was. He never felt pushy about upselling, but he did introduce us to the right accessories that really elevated the entire look. His insight into the psychology of colors and how they can impact an interview was also fascinating and helpful. By the end, my husband walked out with a polished, cohesive outfit that felt perfect for a high-level interview. Steven made what could have been an intimidating process easy and even enjoyable. I had my first fitting in my new custom suits from Men's Wearhouse yesterday. It is unbelievable how well these clothes drape my frame. I felt like I was buying my first grown-up suit! Who knew I was going to look this good, huh? Kelly did, he knew exactly what he was doing. Kelly is a store manager for Men's Wearhouse and is at the top of his game when putting together a look. One glance at the man and you know he's got your back. He was busy fixing things I didn't even know were wrong. By the time we got done yesterday, I was drooling over the ensembles he created and left the store more excited than ever to get into some great looking clothes. Guys, do yourselves a favor; get over to Men's Wearhouse and let Kelly and his team create a new suit for you. I highly recommend the pampering.
