I came in specified just needed cleaned up got butchered and then told I need to fill it in . I don't appreciate that when the prices have increased and the service has decreased. The owner introduced herself and the stylists, they showed us to a dedicated space for everyone to wait between services, and get dressed. Once we were settled in we moved back upstairs to the salon for hair. I was paired with the owner, Misty. I have a pixie with a shaved undercut so not too much to work with, but Misty did a great job. She gave me plenty of volume and the perfect "updo". Once my hair was gone I was shuttled downstairs for makeup. I was paired with Gabby, who did a quick consultation and jumped right in. I had full glam with lashes applied. When in doubt always go full glam. We had a great experience. The staff was professional and did a fabulous job! Everyone was happy with their hair and makeup.
