I have been here multiple Times and had a good experience so I was hesitant to add this review but after reading other reviews I think it's necessary . I came in specified just needed cleaned up got butchered and then told I need to fill it in . I don't appreciate that when the prices have increased and the service has decreased. Didn't even add post skin wipes or clean off excess hair . If you recognized just my facial expression there was a problem maybe fill in that brow instead of telling me I have to go back behind you and do it myself . I get my eyebrows threaded or waxed roughy every two-three weeks. Today was a three weeker and I wanted a nice threading to get them cleaned up. I told the woman that I know that threading hurts more but it shouldn't have been that bad. The thread was like plasticy and felt awful with the threaded applying so much pressure. Will absolutely never come back here. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted on 8/29. I was seated right away upon entering. The lady did the brow threading first which looked pretty good. Now on to the tinting. I showed her a photo of how I normally wear my brows. Once she was done with the tinting process I was shocked at what I saw. Not only were my brows not sisters anymore, they were more like distance feuding relatives, it was a hot mess! One was darker than the other and they were not even close to being shaped similarly. I told her it didn't look right and she waved me on saying "this is the best shape for you". Really?! She did nothing to try to fix the situation. I didn't bother to argue but I know I will never let her near my brows again. Horrible experience. read more

When I moved to the area this was the first place i went to get my eyebrows threaded, the lady who did my eyebrows the first time did a really nice job, second time another girl was there and she did good too but after my third time none of those girls were there anymore so another lady did my eyebrows, first thing i told her is that i dont want my eyebrows thin, when she finished and i saw my eyebrows they were soooo freaking thin i was so mad, i went back again a different lady was there AGAIN, same thing happened with this one she did my eyebrows thin, i learned my lesson and never went back there, their prices are high too for the quality of service they give you. This is one of the best threading places I've been to in years. I always request Summer but anyone else is just as good! I got microblading for the first time and she did a phenomenal job and way cheaper from when I got it done in California a long time ago. I waited to write this review until I calmed down about my experience. It's been two months and I'm still upset about my visit. I had my eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions put on. Rita showed up late. I stood outside 15 minutes after 10:00 when they were supposed to open. She was rude to me, didn't answer any of my questions, which I was nervous about getting eyelash extensions because I've heard horror stories. Then later I found out she was treating me so poorly because she thought I was 16, I'm almost 30. The worst part wasn't how bad she made me feel while talking down to me. It was that when it was time for my eyelashes to come off, I LOST ALMOST ALL OF MY ACTUAL EYELASHES!!!!!!! Even putting mascara on is embarrassing because of how little natural lashes I have now. Absolute nightmare! Went in the salon and asked for a brow wax and tint, the girl waxed almost all of my natural brow hairs off and thinned it so bad! I was being calm and asked her if she could just make the tint to have my eyebrows look thicker like before and she made one of the eyebrows higher than the other and also tinted one darker than the other. She then did my lash extensions and added on way too much so they looked fake and chunky! I saw the box of lashes she used and the $4.99 tag was still on the lashes, and she used Ardell's permanent lash glue which costs $5 at the drugstore, then they charged me $35 for that. Because they put on so much it looked chunky and fake, and to make it even worse the girl took SCISSORS and cut them shorter WHILE THEY WERE ON MY EYES! She could have cut my real eyelashes! They were so bad but I was trying to be nice and I asked for a discount and tipped $10. Went home, tugged gently at my $9 lashes, and they fell off immediately in large chunks when they're supposed to last 2 weeks. I bought the same glue and did my own lashes and it turned out so much better. Horrible, unprofessional service. Don't ever go there. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It was a younger girl who threaded my eyebrows and took off way too much then she should've. Even while she was doing it I could feel she was so close to the middle of my eyebrow taking hair off?? I'm so mad because I grew them out for so long and it's not like you can just put hair back on. Very over priced for the service. They recently raised all prices by $2. I only found this out after I sat in the chair and waited 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. There were no signs posted for the price increase and the wrong prices were still hanging up in the store. The lady that did my eyebrows seemed very inexperienced and didn't seem to have any training on threading eye brows. I would not recommend this place. read more

Employee had horrible attitude, very unprofessional. HOURS posted say 10am - 8 pm, I walked in there at 7:50 and was told by the UNPROFESSIONAL employee - who by the way never even got off her cell phone - that she is not taking any more clients tonight!!! which blew my mind because their doors are unlocked and open the whole place is lit up and their sign right on the door explicitly says open until 8 p.m. Soo rude that she couldn't even get off her cell phone to do her job - expecially when the sign on the door clearly states that they are open until 8 p.m. and the doors are unlocked,the lights are on, and the sign says open for business I mean it doesn't take an hourto thread eyebrows I probably would have been done and out of there before I the actual closing time of 8 o'clock... I always get my eyebrows done here, but honestly I don't like the customer service. Whenever I go to get my eyebrows done there is always a different lady which most times is on her phone or giving you a dirty look. This was theee worst threading experience ever! Based on the reviews I figured I'd give this place a try. Worst mistake ever! I asked the girl Erika, I believe her name is to simply clean my eyebrows up leaving the arch. After she finished, my whole left eyebrow was pretty much gone! My eyebrows were totally uneven I came back and asked her to fix them and she ended up having to thread more! Worse threading bar ive ever been to. Walking in the young lady was on the telephone and instead of calling them back she told the to hold! I immediately knew this would be a rush job but I did not expect to be butchered. I will upload pics. One eyebrow was clearly significantly different. And the lady for was very argumentative and wanted to say it was already like that. Little did she know I took a before picture so that I could give them a good review and post it on instagram. I love this place! Every time I've been I've had a great experience. They pay close attention to detail. Facial hair can be an embarrassing thing to have to deal with and going into salons to get it removed can be intimidating.
