I booked online…read moreand was surprised to see an appointment available on July 4th...I was off from work so I took it. They later called to tell me that was a mistake and there was no appointment. I finally got an appointment on July 28 at 2:30 pm. I made all sorts of adjustments at my job to leave early and get to my appointment. I walked in and was told my appointment was set for the 20th and when I did not show up they "called and called me and even sent a text message" Gee, no missed calls or texts on my phone. The last straw was the stylist didn't even offer another appointment upon seeing my disappointment! Just told me she was booked...to say the customer service was beyond horrible would be an understatement! After that encounter I would never trust them to do my hair-Lord only knows what I would have ended up with!
