Yet they saw him struggling and didn't correct him. He had to redye my hair, over cut my hair and blew it on hot, hot for what seemed like an hour. He had know idea what he was doing and the owner, no one offered any help. My hair is so damaged it looks like I'm going bald. It is so brittle, fried, frizzy. I just cry. I have tried all kinds of treatments, conditioners, coconut oil, etc. it's not growing out. Cry, cry, cry. The Owner, Ci Ci doesn't care or watch her employees to prevent this damage to clients.
