He was transparent regarding cost, asked me what my purpose and goal was for my photo and even sent me a link with tips on how to prepare for the session. I really appreciated him sharing his Instagram where I could see how others turned out and was especially happy to see Joseph's experience in photographing women and men of color. I had been photographed before for other initiatives and have unfortunately been portrayed as much darker or much lighter than I truly am, so seeing someone capture a variety of skin tones well was what ultimately made me book. The studio at first glance doesn't seem like much, however once you get in front of that camera Joseph coaches you the whole way and magic is made. I was nervous, even a little self conscious, going in and Joseph eased my nerves by walking me through each pose. I was impressed at his attention to detail when adjusting my hair (I have curly hair that has a mind of its own sometimes). Finally, I loved that in the conclusion of our session we went through the photos one by one and he took my feedback on what I liked and didn't. I originally sent her a low resolution photo which she informed me of, but I told her to continue without knowing whether I would have a better photo available. It was the exact moment that she finished editing that I found a higher resolution photo to send to her. She sent me what she had and was very kind to offer to edit the new one. I asked her to do the same for the new photo and she was able to get back to me within hours. I felt like a very valued customer with a highly personalized service and attention. I would definitely use Christy at any opportunity if it presents itself in regards to photos.

My family did a cake smash for our 1year old and paid more than our wedding photo with videography, she changed *500 for just creating the scenery no pictures included, and if you wanted just 1 digital photo with full right in sizes not 8'11 it was roughly 700 for one photograph, we spent about 2,500 for just the full size right of 40 photo no hardcopies, accessories included. And she also allowed no personal phones or video to be taking. Personally I wouldn't book another session, there are a lot of photographers in Jacksonville that can provide the same quality at a much lower cost. I did like her work but had buyer's remorse immediately after leaving the studio.

Muhannad was not my original choice for a photographer because I lived in Washington, DC and my…read morefuture husband lived in Orlando where our wedding was held, and where he hired Muhannad from MK Photography. He gave us a great price on the package which satisfied my husband, but it is safe to say that I was nervous about having a photographer whom I never met to capture my wedding. However, I was very pleasantly surprised and glad with my husband's choice. Muhannad made it a point to communicate with me weeks before my wedding and he arrived early to meet me before it was time to get started. Also, he was very friendly and understanding and extremely patient and polite even though I may have been anxious and rude at times. His behavior made me feel perfectly comfortable- smiling and talking to me and bearing with my anxious state. Then came the ceremony time, and Muhannad was respectful of our church and treaded lightly as he photographed us, not interrupting the ceremony or the priest, but while subtly grabbing our attention to capture wonderful shots. He waited till we were the last to leave the church, ensuring that everyone got their picture taken with the bride and groom. He then rushed to the reception where he captured wonderful photos of all our guests as they awaited our grand arrival. At the reception, he was front and center but never in the way of anyone. He was fully engaging with all our guests and hopping around the dance floor and the dinner tables to ensure he captures all the wonderful sentimental moments. He was just one person but it felt like he did the job of 3. I have no idea how he captured so many beautiful moments all by himself but he did not sit down one moment. He took beautiful pictures of the elderly, the children, the guests and simply put, he brought my wedding pictures to life. The best part was, when 2 months later, I received my final pictures from Muhannad- he sent them using an elegant unique heart shaped USB drive packaged in a beautifully wrapped box along with a few large prints. A very nice touch. Muhannad has excellent taste, is creative and unique in his style and above all he was so polite and not the slight bit imposing when he photographed us. The guests were calling his name at every moment so he can photograph them and he never once missed a good shot. Many of my guests commented on how talented and professional Muhannad was and they are all very happy with the photos. He was always near when we wanted a photo taken and it is because of him, that I can look at the pictures of my wedding and remember exactly how I felt that day. Let me begin by saying that her patience was that of a saint. We had a family of seven with two of them being two years old & 5 months. She never once rushed a moment and she was able to capture such special candid moments even when we weren't expecting a photo to be taken. She has that amazing ability to capture those natural moments like my grandson's little smirk and my granddaughter's belly laugh smile and turn them into a priceless memory. Her creative expression shines through in each photo. She truly has the ability and talent to catch such priceless moments with such ease and expertise. Her fee for services was more than fair and she allowed us to pick the site for the photo shoot making it more personal and special for our family. My daughter has already expressed that she wants to have the children's pictures taken by her every time she visits Saint Augustine.
