The service was decent even though they were pretty packed for graduation. I think they probably pride themselves on being a whisky bar since they have a menu completely dedicated to them. I was a little disappointed they weren't playing Irish music at all. I could see drinking here, but food quantity needs to come up for the price, and the music needs to get the scene, since all the decor is Irish.

My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype.
