Yes, it's not falling apart, it just needs a little work, but because it's not up to their standards. They refuse to rent me a lot. And I'm not even asking to use their electricity. I have a generator that's a brand new predator very quiet. And they assume, I guess cause my trailer looks white trash. That I must have a white trust generator too, which isn't worth more than the lot they're renting me and my trailer combined probably 3 times over be very careful trying to rent with these people because if you're not up to their standards. They won't rent to you. I don't understand what the look of my trailer has to do would be paying my rent to rent a spot there. And my generator's not loud and doesn't bother anybody yet.This other r v plays , i'm at so why would they assume that it's gonna bother anyone around their trailer park.I was needing to move my trailer to a closer location.Because I'm trying to get to work at Walmart in the automotive department and where I'm located at right now.My uber cost me thirty dollars there and thirty dollars back , but thanks to these people discriminating against me, I'm not good enough to rent there and be closer to my job, so be careful without renting it in arby's spot there because they might discriminate against your trailer. Next, it aint even the person they're discriminating against, it's the look of my trailer. Cause it's not brand new\n It's all I could afford at the time when I lost my house.

Only saw her come out of office to find, berate and bully the maintenance personnel. The place was clean and well kept. However, she is unprofessional and apparently incapable of keeping her opinion within the confines of professionalism. It was actually very disturbing to witness. Would not recommend this place.
