However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area!

For $800 a month, you can get more, at other places. Places right down the road with pools, AMAZING clubhouses and 24/7 locking gates. Dogs constantly barking. Yes it has concrete, but don't let that fool you. We're on a corner lot and have been asked to move our SUV MANY TIMES (which was not in the way/street) just so RVs can turn onto the row. Park swing has been broken the entire year and 3 months we've been here. Speed bumps falling apart, or on grass. Internet is very slow, and they just had new stuff installed. Run from this place.

The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.

The large pull through spot was perfect, towards the back of the campground but close to the office/showers & the pool. We did try out the pool, boy howdy was it refreshing (cold) for the first of August, it truly surprised us both, most of the outdoor pools we've experienced while in Texas this summer have been coolish/ lukewarm even but this was chilly. The RV park location (close to the highway) was surprisingly quiet, except for the occasional train going by, all the residents seemed to follow the speed/noise rules making our stay enjoyable. Wendy Lynn at the office was polite & helpful offering assistance if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay minus our trailer issues. Thanks Park Place RV.

Me and my parents attend online college and we had no internet service, the internet network they provided us with was the slowest internet I've ever used. The laundry room was a shed with no doors on it and it looked quite scary due to the fact that their are rattle snakes here. We stayed two days and had to go to Big Spring because this place was so sketchy. Will not be back.

He always answers his phone, he will take care of anything you need and always gets right back to you, if you have a complaint about another tenant or an issue of any kind, Shane will do his best to handle it. If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

Only saw her come out of office to find, berate and bully the maintenance personnel. The place was clean and well kept. However, she is unprofessional and apparently incapable of keeping her opinion within the confines of professionalism. It was actually very disturbing to witness. Would not recommend this place.
