The closer we worked to the back of the store gazing through selection where the employees were, I definitely made contact and spoke and they just looked down at their phones. Now I know they saw me, heard me and did not speak!! 2 other guys walked in and they happily greeted them from the back to the front of the store!! At this point we knew they did not want "our" business, so we left! Call it what you want, but they don't want "us" in their store and purchase their products. My dad was a top military personnel, my husband and I work for the military, heck my boss is an Admiral! I know what it means to support military and its initiatives and this is not a way to represent the military or veterans!

Was looking for some sew-on Lieutenant patches, something they previously had in stock but now they don't. Can order them online but I needed them right away. So I left without. The store is small, a decent stock but nothing really spectacular. The prices are decent and the customer service is great.
