Okay spot to grab a bite and coffee, needs a few more seats though. It shared space with gear/rentals and retail area, so definitely gets crowded. I got a peanut butter whiskey hot chocolate and it was tasty! Fast and friendly service. Not conducive for hanging out too long, but it was open earlier (before 11 which was when a bunch of other spots opened) so one of the few options if you're there for the whole day waiting for friends while they ski/board. @azfitfoodfun read more

Giving this place a deserved 5 stars. $20 out the door for a BEC and a Bloody Mary....on the mountain. I'll take that any day. Admittedly this place can get busy and take a while to get your order but if you have time to kill before hitting the slopes it's the perfect set up. Nice and convenient coffee shop while skiing at Copper! They had a decent amount of pastries, sandwiches and drink options that accommodated numerous dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, and other major allergen friendly). Staff was cheery and fun! Service was fairly quick for being busy on a Sunday morning. Environment was busy and dirty with cups and crumbs from prior customers and there were 3 or 4 staff behind the counter that could've been attending to this a bit more. First, the food is quite good at this resort coffee shop. The breakfast burrito was tasty and filled us up for our morning runs. And don't even get me stated on the Oreo brownie! The 3-star rating stems from the administration of the shop. We waited 25 minutes to wait in line, order and receive our pre-made breakfast burritos and brownie. There needed to be at least one more employee + 1 additional register. I would dedicate one to exclusively coffee orders, and the other for food/coffee. The man behind us ordered a drip coffee and had to wait 15 minutes in line, that should be fixed. I would return, but only if the line is short. read more

Coffee shop was closed despite saying they were open. Tried to buy some hand warmers because my hands were FREEZING but was turned down when I only had cash. They accept cash but didn't have a cash drawer. At $4 (which is twice as much as normal) I tried to give them a $5 and said I didn't need change but was refused. This place. Yes. I did not try their coffee, but this is about their food. The veggie lover breakfast sandwich, on an Asiago bagel. SO GOOD. It was so good that I ordered it as often as I could, and was even figuring out how I can make this and if it would be anywhere near this good making it myself once I went home. It is literally one of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches ever. Heads up- the lines are questionable early morning. Sometimes they are extremely long, sometimes there is no line. Just get there with plenty of time in case. Even when there was a long line, the staff was wonderful at getting through it quickly and were friendly too. The seating is limited inside, so when it's not busy you're fine, but if it's a crazy busy morning, you may have to stand or go find seating elsewhere. Of all the places on the mountain, this one was my favorite meal and the staff were great in addition to good food. They also have wine on tap. Tucked away in the corner of a cool outdoor clothing store. Grab a bite or hot drink adjacent from the super bee lift. You've got a Christy Sports location and a Copper rental/merchandise location nearby as well. Stopped for a hot chocolate and hot cider after a few runs. Not the largest seating area but I think people generally get items to go. Cookies, donuts, cake, and bagels were available. All the usual coffee and tea suspects including apple cider and some cold juices for any children in tow. Service was quick and everything is made to order or heated up. They offer a discount if you have a Copper Mountain Pass. Additional food and drink are available upstairs but the restaurant and cafeteria don't open until 10:30/11:00. In the early morning this will be your only hot food or drink option. read more

I don't care what your coffee tastes like...I am so totally peeved by the way I was treated by your barista this morning -I am NEVER going to come back. After spending $55 for coffee for our fam this morning and the cashier getting our order WRONG the gentleman barista had the fricking nerve to tell us that "people have been asking for shots after their drinks are made a lot lately" so he was going ti have ti charge us for the shots they forgot. I couldn't care less about the 1.50 but I care a lot that the presumption of wrongdoing is on the guests behalf. Clearly the cashier didn't hear the order correctly after we stood in line for coffee for a half hour and when we had the nerve to ask for the order To be corrected they insinuated we were trying to get caramel Syrup pumps and so we needed to pay. This is PRECISELY why I don't ever agree to tip at the counter. Great location at Copper Mountain center village. I few people in line and four people working but the line moved slowly and felt a bit unorganized. I think if you stop here daily it might be easier to navigate. I ordered a med coffee and it was on the cool side of warm. I had to leave for the bus before I could take my first drink and then did not want to go back and complain as they were so slow to start with. The workers did seem to be working (not on their phones), I can't imagine how it would be if it was crowded. I won't go back, too much stress for a cup of coffee. read more

Camp Hale has a number of things going for it and is a place I stop again and again when skiing out of Center Village at Copper Mountain. The store is tucked in the front of the main Copper One facility in which patrons rent skis, shop in the main store, have skis repaired, and use rental lockers. The outside door opens right to one of the main lifts. Could not be a better location. Their wheelhouse is sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and drinks. Drinks are mostly hot (for the skier break) but also hydrating and a bar menu. The only thing they don't serve is a hot meal (unless you count microwave heating as hot meal). Everything is made to order, so if you want your bacon on the side, they'll do it. You pick the bread, whether you want the mayo or mustard. And you choose your side, be it chips or potato salad or fruit (apple or banana, fresh). And they have a creative breakfast menu served all day. Be it continental breakfast or a warmed ham and cheese pastry. Seating inside is limited, but outside there are a lot of tables to eat and watch the bottom of the ski slope. Seems to be no problem to get off your feet. The service is always attentive. It's not fast if you order a sandwich because it's made to order and there are just a couple of servers that have to manage it all. If you get something out of the baked goods, it'll be right away. Two drawbacks, it can be pricey given the simplicity of the food. A sandwich and drink will exceed $10. Also when we were there, the workers were being good and cleaning, however we noticed they used a vacuum cleaner hose head through the baked goods area where there was food. Seemed like where that vacuum hose head was used might not exactly be appropriate to then put it next to the food. This probably happen more than we see. Given the location, fare, and ease of ordering, this to me is a better option than the full cafeteria upstairs to grab and go. Each trip it seems like we stop in daily. read more

You think it would be quick because you just walk up and order but it wasn't...I waited about 15 minutes for my breakfast burrito which seemed longer than necessary. On the other hand, the breakfast burrito is HUGE, easily shareable between 2 people for breakfast. The place always seems packed because it's right by the lifts in center village, if they could speed up their process it would be great! read more

The cafe is conveniently located in center village, right next to American eagle lift. It has basic breakfast options such as wraps, burritos and egg sandwich on bagel, English muffins or toast. It is just OK, similar to those sandwiches in starbucks. I believe the sandwiches are all from frozen packages. Latte is alright. A cup of coffee and a sandwich cost about $17 with ikon pass discounts. read more

Employees are great but the manager treats them like shit. Avoid him at all costs, if he messes up your order he will make it seem like your or one of the employees fault. Once he gave my food to the wrong person and said it was my fault because I wasn't listening for my name hard enough. He lied and didn't say my name once. Ive had a great experience with every other food vendor here on the resort besides him and he should really consider a different line of work. read more

Camp Hale kept me going when the times got tough. Every morning we went there, and I got the peanut butter milkshake to help give me protein throughout the day. I don't think I would've had as much energy as I did if I had skipped out. Anyways, between Camp Hale's coffee offerings and their smoothies, as well as their sandwiches, stopping by here first thing in the morning was a complete no brainer for us. We also had the ability to go and shop around in there at the end of the day, and having a place to sit and chill before going back out was a really nice reprieve. Service was always kind, and food/drinks came out quickly. Definitely drop by here for a quick treat or breakfast. read more
