We had a great experience here. We got on the road really early and nothing by home was open. By the time we hit Dillon, Einstein's was. We both got the All-Nighter breakfast sandwich. It has two eggs, bacon, two slices of American cheese and jalapeno garlic mayo, all on a cheesy hash brown bagel. The sandwiches were ready in no time and we were back on the road. This store is just a few minutes off the expressway. It was clean and the staff was welcoming and efficient. If we had time to eat in, the view out their windows is beautiful, especially with the morning sun on the mountains. read more

The bagels at this Einstein Bros location are undercooked and chewy. Not what you would expect from an establishment specializing in making and selling bagels. This Einstein Bros Bagel has the worst counter service I've experienced anywhere in the western United States. The staff can't understand and speak English and therefore fouled up our simple order. The two girls working the counter were more interested in consuming their food and giggling than in preparing our order. I should have taken the cue of the people in front of us, who requested a refund and walked out before receiving their order. Receiving the "points" for my purchase has become a personal mission. It repeatedly occurs when making purchases at Einstein Bros and Panera Bread. Two companies that I will no longer patronize for that reason. Like many fast-food establishments, you receive points and credits for every purchase at Einstein Bros Bagels. My six emails have repeatedly gone unanswered. German-based JAB Holding Company has stopped telephone support and now offers only in-app communications. JAB Holding owns U.S.-based companies; Einstein Noah Bagels; Krispy Kreme; Panera Bread, Peete's Coffee, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Compassion-First Pet Hospitals Veterinary Associates, and NVA. When a company offers points for a purchase, I believe the customer should receive the points. It is not what happens with Einstein Bros Bagel in Silverton, Colorado, and other Einstein Bros Bagels. AMENDMENT I emailed you six times regarding your poor service and lack of issued "points," and you reply only to my posted negative review? I love Einstein's and go there all the time back home. I wouldn't waste a minute of your time at this location unfortunately and I tried on two mornings to order, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The first morning was a Sunday and it took about 30 minutes to get out the door after ordering a breakfast sandwich and plain coffee, which I thought was simple. The line was out the door when I walked in, I thought it was because of popularity, but was just because the service was so slow. The second day was a Monday morning. I was trying to get out the door a quicker that morning due to finding out a family member had passed and needing to travel, so I placed an order ahead on the app. When I get there about 20 minutes later, I don't see a bag with my name on it. My brother asks a lady behind the counter who says they were out of an item. Apparently they can't refund it because I ordered it through the app, so I had to choose a substitute item that I really wasn't fond of. They start getting that together. I also realize zero of our drinks are ready--an iced coffee, a plain coffee, and a mocha. Another 15 minutes we get the mocha and iced coffee and I have to ask yet again for a cup for the plain coffee. Usually Einsteins is a reliable place to be able to swing in and grab food, especially if you're dealing with busy life stuff, but this location really let me down read more

We were in here at a very slow time. They barely had any bagels and then took 35 min to get us our order, saying someone took it. We literally sat there the entire time and watched people pick up orders- it wasn't picked up by someone, they just didn't make it and cleared the order. First, NONE of the staff are able to speak or understand any English. They struggle mightily with simple orders. There is obviously no manager in sight, ever. As a local, I REALLY want to support this business, but it is honestly a train wreck. They can't seem to figure out how to use the Einstein's app so I can get a reward bagel. They don't understand how to make specialty coffees or even understand my requests. Sadly, there is some internet manager that has lots of time to reply to reviews on every review platform with the same rote "cut and paste" response, blathering on about contacting customer support at Einstein's. The problems here are obvious, they need ONE person on shift that is able to communicate with customers. Ever talk to someone in South Asia about your internet or cable TV service and you're like two ships passing in the night, never knowing each other were even there? Hopelessly understaffed, filthy, with employees who can't manage queues. My most recent, and final, visit to this location was a forty-one-minute exercise in frustration for a modest order of four bagels. When we finally approached the "order here" counter, we were steered to the "pay here" area instead. However, the "pay here" employee was not ready to take our order, so we essentially slipped three places in line while the "order here" guy took everyone behind us. Because of this, a bagel that we ordered was taken by a party after us, but only after we had ordered. We were notified that we needed to pick a different bagel, and when we did, he charged us more because the replacement bagel was a more expensive option. I realize this sounds like an entitled First World Problem, but when you've been waiting in a cramped line for over thirty minutes, the additional indignity is just too much. When an employee messes up, as this one did, they need to have the awareness and agency to fix the wrong by crediting the customer. It's a minor cost to the business, and much cheaper than all of the future business they will now lose. Do yourself a favor and go to the City Market next door and get bagels from the deli. Do not set foot in this place for any reason. read more

Was on the road to the DIA when I decided to pull off and grab something to eat at this establishment , despite the bad rating. The blonde with glasses behind the counter was slamming things around and cussing under her breath when we told her that we needed a minute to look over the menu, ultimately turning my brother off fromeven ordering food. She made our sandwiches hastily and sloppy and our bagel sandwiches had raw, rubbery bacon on them. Two guys come out of the kitchen with ripped jeans, long hair, and started making my bagel. They were not in uniform. The one guy then starts swinging my bagel bag for pick up and I took it. I go outside and open it. There is no tuna salad. I go back inside and said, I asked for a tuna salad. He laughs and states "we don't have that." I said " I want my money back." He calls for a manager- he could care less. She came out - dressed shabbily with no uniform,, did not acknowledge me. Hit 50 buttons on the register and gave me my cash back. Never apologized. Horrible service. I felt racially profiled because they gave us side looks and messed up every single item on our list. We asked for a green chile bagel, no ham and chocolate muffin. They gave us jalapeño bagel, extra ham and blueberry muffin. The quality and service has really gone down hill, your can read my previous 5 star review below, but that needed some editing. They are perpetually under staffed, and the staff they do have are inexperienced and not very good at their jobs. It's very disappointing to watch somewhere you once loved go so rapidly downhill. This morning I ordered a nitro cold brew, they gave me a cup of cream with caramel syrup. Also they refuse to answer their phone or return messages for complaints, orders, or to obtain a billing address or work performed there. I guess I'll be giving the bagels at Dunkin or Starbucks a shot because they have permanently lost my business after months of sub par service. Yummy bagels, good coffee. I do recommend getting there before 7 during ski season because they do get very busy and have a tendency to run out of everything bagels. read more

Pretty pathetic, and will NEVER return. Ordered a bagel with butter, and paid with my credit card. Waited 25 minutes, and watched people with large orders get their food even though they ordered after I did. I asked the girl about the status of my bagel, and she was apologetic, But said it would be a little longer. I told her I could not wait, so she gave me a cash refund, because she said she couldn't access the card right now. 2 hours later I get a charge for $45.97 on my card. So I got no bagel, waited a half hour, and then was charged an exorbitant amount. I phoned the business three separate times to discuss the charge, and did not receive a call back. Horrible store, and will not return. I would recommend Blue Moon Bakery across the street If you need a bagel. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced! I'm not exaggerating. I'm genuinely a kind and thoughtful person. So when I noticed the women taking my order had trouble speaking English, I tried to be patient and forgiving of mistakes. But when I simply asked for what bagel I wanted on my sandwich... at a bagel place, she acted like I had a ridiculous request. We were the only people in there at first, but she took so long to take our order that the line grew very long. When one of our orders was done for less than 5 seconds the lady began screaming at us! Then finally when we received the order it was wrong. We felt so uncomfortable, that I couldn't even ask for Mayo packets.
