The guys were helpful and friendly, they are knowledgeable helped me select the right cap and accessories for my needs. The price was good, my order came in when they said it would, the install was professional and well done. What else do you need. I am sure customer attitude dictates experience. I am 73 and a total trailer novice. I bought a piece of crap trailer for $100 from a yard sale, fixed it up and painted it for my canoe and kayack. Went to Andy who couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. You come in and he drops what he is doing to take care of you. Put a hitch on my Honda CRV, helped put on a kickstand with a retractable wheel and today I am going for a spare tire before I hit the road. They don't guarantee any of the work they do. I went there to get the hinges on my work truck cover replaced and it broke within weeks, I go back to them and there like oh there is no warranty or anything I'm like dude I just bought this by you a few weeks ago and it's already broken what do you mean you don't guarantee your stuff? Don't bother with this place it's just a bundle of aggravation, a quick google search will show you a dozen other places repairing truck covers I would try them. read more

Went to order a bed liner. Called to ask about a specific one that I already knew about by calling the manufacturer about all that comes with it and its specs . It's not that the price was as much higher then others selling it was. It was the explanation of additional cost for parts the manufacturer stated are included. read more

So I had to move myself, my home and my entire Aviary of birds from NJ to CA during COVID. I needed an air conditioned way to transport them. Many other trailer companies I checked out were closed and not manufacturing. Andy Scott and his team were fantastic to work with! Andy really came through for me to safely transport my feathered family to CA. I ordered a custom trailer and he had it built and delivered in time before my move, where other companies were closed for COVID and couldn't help me. Andy was so patient with me and even let me video him explaining the connections and hookups so I could refer to the video later. He had all the locks and accessories I needed at the store. Everyone was so helpful in assisting me getting what I needed, and I didn't really know what I was doing. Andy came through for me! Highly recommend these guys! Went in to rent a cap for a truck, the prices were extravagant for a USED cap. Ended up canceling the order all together and was later treated extremely POORLY because I did so. I asked for a refund, owner refused to do so even tho he had the receipt in his hand. He was ready to take my money without my end of the receipt but REFUSED to give me my rightful refund. I bought a trailer power module from them - Spent about an hour trying to figure out why it was not working properly-before I went out and bought another power adapter from a closer retailer. In 5 min it was installed and working properly. Which proves that the first unit was faulty. Brought it back to Camp out and explained to them my situation and asked for a refund. The manager of the store points to the NO Refunds sign on the back wall - I ask to speak with the owner - They basically direct me to the manufacturer , saying it's not there problem. It was my first time at Campout today. I needed a trailer plug adapter. They did not have the item I was looking for; however, they had a shorter adapter which they sold me. After trying the part and realizing it would not work for my setup, I went to return the item; however, I was told they do not take parts back. They offered store credit; however, they did not have the part I needed so store credit was useless to me. I asked again for a refund and I was told that they stand behind their store policy of no returns. A company that does not stand behind their customers first does not deserve my business or anyone else's. I found the part I needed on Amazon for 1/5 of the price. The parts that Camp Out sold be were incorrect for the trailer that I was working on. I notified them via phone concerning the incorrect parts. I was told that the correct parts are no longer available and that they would only give me a store credit, no refund. I pointed out that they sold me the wrong parts despite the fact that I showed them, in person, what the correct parts looked like. Still no refund. There is no reason to do business with them unless you are looking for grief. read more
