After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Without even the ability to have flashers work on my car (due to no electrical) and an hour of phone calls with AAA to finally have them say; "we can't provide service for you tonight, you will have to wait until tomorrow morning..." I was scared and frustrated. One call to Bobby's and they had a true patriot at the scene. Ricky was not only experienced and knowledgeable but also a veteran who has served our country and it showed. I think he knew how nervous I was about being on the side of a busy highway at night without flashers and it being pitch black with cars whizzing by at 80 miles an hour. With all that said he was calm and professional. There weren't scare tactics, guilt trips of it being late on a Friday night or bad-mouthing of "other companies". None of it.
