Spoke with office manager Kim Malone she advised she doesn't listen to all the calls in the office. And that she couldn't help the situation with her staff quoting me several different prices. She read the notes and saw that I called in several times confirmed the procedure. Did my due diligence. I'd advise going else where if you need to budget in a root canal. Inflation is in full effect here depending on which staff member picks up the phone. I asked for two options. Finalized my choice before I left this office to the cheap option. Obviously not worth their time. The called while I was working. Didn't get to the massage til after work 5pm. They canceled my appointment. So now I am left in pain trying to find another appointment. And they won't return my consultation fee that was supposed to be applied to the root canal. I would highly recommend getting everything in writing and paying for it as soon as they give you your first total that you to agree upon. I guess I like to know what I'm paying for.
