I asked Beau if he could please find me something even if a downgrade or upgrade and he came through with a brand new 40 ft. class A Rv. Of course my mistake cost me more but our trip was saved. We had one little quirk with the Rv the first night. I was able to get in contact with Beau and he talked me through it and no further assistance was needed for the rest of the trip. They actually had us shop in their store for items we needed for as long as we had to learn about the RV. Today I found out that our house batteries are fried because we didn't turn off the second inverter power switch located on the unit itself. This costs about $700. No one ever told us there was two switches for the inverter. In addition we had to rely upon fellow campers to learn several basics including using the black tank power spray. When I called the following week to ask some questions about our RV, I was told the person who gave us training was no longer with the company. No follow up from Bankston on questions we may have has ever occurred. Judging From the other reviews, I would shop around before buying from Bankston.

I obtain a nice VERY VINTAGE doublewide which unfortunetly had numberous stains due to the previous owner passing away in this unit, plus they had cats everywhere. Due to the excessive stains by both bodily fluids and feline unine we came up with a great price that the both of could live with and I just focused on the outside until I make it the dreamhome I have always wanted.
