First, we were shocked that you could drive your car into the service bay and stay in it during the service! I never liked having to sit in those waiting rooms, because I'm one of those people that always likes to be able to 'keep an eye on my stuff'. Being right there in the vehicle made everything faster too, they didn't have to walk over to a waiting area to ask me if I wanted to replace my air filter and wipers (I did). The manager was very friendly and all of the staff we interacted with or observed interacting with others there were all very friendly and professional. We left the car there for a few days , as we rent a vehicle to complete our trip to drop my son off ant the Navel Academy . They diagnosed the veachle with a loose lug nut.
