The caused an excessive amount of damage to the house, over $5,000 and destroyed items they were hired to move at a cost of close to $10,000 in damages. In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. Also there was a communication problem between me, the lead mover and his assistant as to what to take and what to leave. Other than that, the movers worked efficiently and protected the furniture from damage.
