I entered with a pair of flats that needed a good clean, mostly interior and soles of shoes. Customer service was initially good, very nice man. However upon recieving my shoes after the four day wait period, they were in exactly the same condition . The man claimed they went through a wash and steam process, yet the shoes were *not an exaggeration* exactly how they were when i brought them in. I was told upon dropoff that it was a full clean, so obviously i expected a thorough cleaning of soles and interior as well, especially for the price of $45. If I had known, I would've gone to youtube and figured out how to clean the shoes myself, which I will have to do after this experience and waste of money. After POLITELY explaining my issue to the man at pickup, he lowered the total to $35. But not before scoffing and rolling his eyes at me. Honestly even $35 is a crazy steep price for just throwing the shoes into a washer and steaming them. If you want a job well done, I recommend taking your business elsewhere or just learning how to do it yourself. read more

Listen! I'm not one to blast a business unless they totally deserve it. If I could give negative stars I would. Call me a snob. Call me OCD. IDC! I TAKE CARE OF MY THINGS! 3 things I hate in this whole universe. LIARS, CHEATERS, AND THIEVES I've been to campus shoe repair 3 times. They came highly recommended to me by several people! Including employees of Niemans and Nordy's. The very first time I had my Louboutin's red sole sealed. Perfect no complaints. The second time I brought my husband's Louis Vuitton loafers to get sealed. He got them back with damage to the wooden heel. Tapered off at the corners and heavily scratched. They offered to shine his shoes and they completely wiped over the silver LV emblem on the side. C'mon guys a little attention to detail would've been nice. And how about let's not be so careless?? We were so upset but quickly realized what can really be done?? Let's move forward. This third and final time sent me over the edge. I brought my Louboutin's in to have the heel tips repaired I keep my heels in the original box. And brought them in as is. In it's original box with my dust bag and my replacement heel tips with the bag. I left them there for a week to be repaired. I come back my dust bag is missing and so is my little heel tip bag. The employee tried looking for it and basically gave me this look like "hey sorry. What would you like me to do?" He gives me Victor's card and tells me call him tomorrow and discuss with him. Following day. Today. I get a call from Victor and he says I sent a new dust bag to the Topanga location. And 6 heel tip bags. Go in and take your pick, or take all 6 if you want... Look I dont want extras I don't want discounts, I don't even want a friggin refund! I just want my things taken care of and given back just as i brought them to you. I'm standing there having this argument with the lady as I'm back picking up my shoes and she says "they'd never remove items out of boxes unless necessary. Like if the shoes were in the dust bag" I'm sorry... What??!!! My bags were in immaculate condition never used. And would I really make a stink if my S*** wasn't missing?? C'mon lady!!! Do I really want to be sitting here arguing over a dust bag?? Normally probably not. But it's the point... These dust bags go for $45 a piece on Ebay and the heel tips bag roughly $15. I started getting so frustrated and explained my bags were near perfect. Not a wrinkle, not one piece of lint. No stains. The drawstrings never pulled. So what does she do? She dumps about 15 heel tip bags on the counter and she says these are all brand new. They all look the same. Take your pick! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME RIGHT??? So what are ya'll doing? Taking people's dust bags and heel tip bags and reselling them online??? GTFOH!!! I'll never ever come back here for you to steal or lose or ruin my designer things ever again! And people... if you're missing your dust bags for your shoes or handbags after bringing them in for repairs. Don't worry because you can buy them on ebay. Or just let them pull out 15 and take your pick on the nicest one. I'm sure people are just leaving them there for circumstances like this!!! read more

I was nervous to bring my shoes here because of the reviews, but was sent here by the shoe department at Nordstrom (apparently when they used to do show repairs, they sent the shoes to this place; so, it's pretty much the same). My fab and only worn a few times Louboutins look just as good as new, for a very reasonable price. Vicente and Vick provided great customer service and I will go again when I need more repairs. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!! Unprofessional!!! I went there on the 16th of June (Wednesday) to get me Goyard purse done, at first I was hesitant to do it but did it anyways to see if they are really reliable. The lady said my purse will be ready by Saturday. I came back Saturday afternoon just to make sure they have enough time to do it but when I arrived the guy they cannot find my purse. He called the owner/ the person that was assigned to do my purse and said it wasn't ready. I called the guy to complain because it was really u fair on my end. I didn't receive any call nor text message saying that it's not gonna be ready until Tuesday. I didn't want to make this review at first but when I received my purse I they literally ruined it!! On that Saturday afternoon when I spoke with that guy he didn't have the best customer service either he said that he can rush it, but I told he no because I don't want it to have a bad outcome. He was insisting that the lady even charged me cheaper than usual (40usd) which is not my fault because that's the price she gave me. I didn't ask any discounts or anything and thought it was fair price because all they needed to fix was the handle as it was torn. I told the guy that wasn't my fault but my point nobody from their store notified me that its not going to be ready until Tuesday. He was rude and said I can get my money back if I want to but it's to late because my trip will be on Wednesday and I am using my purse by then and I will not wait couple hours at the mall for him to bring my undone purse as I am working. I don't usually put this kinds of reviews but I think it's fair for other people to know this as I don't want it to happen to them. read more

They did an awesome job on my work boots. They were brown. They had scuffs all over the front. Had them dyed black and they look almost brand new. I was having doubts about how they would look but i couldn't be more pleased. They came out great. When i took them in they told me they wouldn't be ready until next week. If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you want your shoes ruined and never be able to wear them again then this is the place for you. I brought my shoes so the bottom part can be fixed and got back a pair of shoes I'll never be able to wear again. I spoke with Vic and Marel who both reassured me that they would do a great job and explained how they would get it done. And the price they gave me was unheard of. Nordstrom sent my shoes to these guys and I am not happy with my work done . They did a refurbishing on my jimmy choo sneakers . It was a cherry red finish and they ended up putting a darker tone . Customer Service Fail. Had been a customer for some time, they did lot's of work for me and my girlfriend. Recently, "lost" her shoes. After 30 minutes plus, and yes we had the claim check, they found them but the shoes hadn't been touched. Follow-up a week later, can't find the shoes, again! Thirty minutes later, I ask for some consideration on the more than $300 charges and am told, "'If' I come back again, they'll give me a $20 credit towards my next repair." If... DO NOT COME HERE! I dropped off a pair of air Jordan 7's to be reglued. After a couple of days I picked them up and what I came back to was a pair of horrible glued pair of Jordans. There was glue visible on the leather, the toecap was falling off and the sole and midsole were not fully closed. I complained and they said they would do their best to fix it. One week later I went to pick them up and all they looked exactly the same. The only thing they did was paint the glue where midsole and the sole weren't completely sealed. The shoe was falling apart and there was a mess of paint and glue on the leather. Dissatisfied with my service, I asked for a refund and they refused. They told me to go somewhere else to see if they'd do a better job. I paid 45 dollars for them to ruin my shoes and be told to go somewhere else. What kind of business tells a dissatisfied customer to go somewhere else? It's ironic that their motto is quality first when they obviously don't care at all. This place is given a bad wrap but I had a good experience here. I brought in my Louie Vuitton which was worn a little on the bottom edges. The older gentleman took a good look and recommended cleaning and a bit of dye. I didn't have a chance to look at the leather dye products they were selling that I could've bought and did myself, but my experience with DIY projects haven't turned out so well so I wanted it professionally done. He said 2 days but when I requested Sunday instead of Monday, they made that work. When i checked the final product i was happy. Overall i would say give them a chance. read more
