Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

I could tell the guy working that day took extra care, even though his other two coworkers had called out that morning. The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! Plus, it was walking distance from the rest of the businesses in the Waterford Lakes Plaza and across the street from home. If I ever need a thorough wash, they'll be seeing me again.

I opted for the $65 ultimate wash (+$5 for it being a crossover or "suv"), and I'm sad to say it was very disappointing. On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean. I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice. UPDATE: lowering to 2 stars, because it's been almost a week and I attempted to contact them to get the spots actually cleaned (email and phone). No response.

From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.

Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes.
