They appear a family outfit, which I liked. We communicated via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional and friendly. And they were transparent and clear on their services and pricing. They were great sending multiple reminders to ensure no scheduling surprises, and they showed up exactly when scheduled! Their equipment is all self-contained, meaning no hose is run from a truck parked outside, which was critical on a day like today with single-digit temps! The 2-person team got right to work; they vacuumed first (which many don't!), then pre-treated, then got to work! I wish I had taken before photos, but let me say my one area was heavily blood stained by a sick large dog and they got that ALL out! They were methodical, detail oriented, and you can tell they took pride in doing a great job. And they did. The last photo below shows how much dog hair they removed from my carpet!!! They are a great value for the work, and had no hidden or extra charges. They came and completed the job for the price they quoted, and I was happy to tip! They are now my go-to for all my carpet cleaning needs. I haven't yet tried them for housekeeping, but I will! Based on the job they did today, they will be great there also!
