The car vacuums also did not have good suction at all, which would have bothered me more if they weren't free of charge. There is definitely better available for the same price and I don't think I will come here again if I can help it.

Apparently, he didn't understand the assignment. What he answered was" it's $20 extra a month for the vacuum" I thought that was rather a weird response, and an absurd cost. So after the car wash was completed, I pulled a U-turn and went to check out the self-serve vacuums. The fee for using the vacuums was one dollar for a timed amount. It wasn't $20, it wasn't $20 extra per month, it was a dollar per use As much as I'm not happy with Russell Speeders Car Wash, there are many goodies they offer, including free self serve vacuum usage for a few dollars more per month and a much better experience with the attendants and goodies included. So with this said, I'm gonna go back early next week and ask one more time...
