Im very disappointed with the service here. the pricing is different than what they have advertised. When asked a question the lady was rude and acted like she needed to rush our car through ( there was no one behind us for a long time). The car came out with streaks and still slotches of dirt on the underside. They didn't bother to dry the mirrors either. My brother in law asked if they could please finish up the job and not leave my car half dried and the man had the audacity to tell my brother in law that he would but next time there would be another charge?? FOR WHAT??? completing what you didn't do the first time around? there will be no next time. we will take our business elsewhere, where the employees are well mannered and pay attention to detail. read more

The worst car cleaning ever I have seeing, they are so lazy, and try the customers like you're begging for it. I paid 38.00 bucks to clean my car and it came out worse than it got there. The manager is the most egocentric women and the workers are the worse of the worst. Two time there and I feel like they robbed me, Never ever going back there. This is the BEST car wash by far than anything else in the tri-state area!!! I used to live in Danbury and found this car wash. I was estatic!!!! I went to one of those car wash in the Bedford area, HORRIBLE!!!! This place makes your car look like new. You might have to pay a little bit more but it is worth it!! They do a great job, lots of people working to get you in and out quick. HOWEVER, I just got charged an extra $5.00 for a tip I did not authorize. that's shady. don't add a tip unless the customer approves it! Quick update since I'm still waiting. It has been over 2 hours since I entered the line to wash my car. I've had root canals, closings for homes and my entire home cleaned quicker than this place can wash a car. Go up the road. They do a good job cleaning but ARE SO SLOW! Not only that - they make two lines of cars, one with two people working the vacuuming one with only one. I made the tragic mistake of getting in line with the poor single person working. The car next to me has come and gone long ago while I'm still in line waiting...... 45 minutes later. I always forget why I don't come here anymore. If you have all day to wait and don't mind that the owner doesn't have a clue that two lines of cars should mean equal waits - this is the place for you. I have to say that for $40 they did a better job cleaning my car than the $200 "detail" that had to be done 3x at another place. The place was great, the staff was excellent! I did consider getting the monthly wash pass, however, they do need to bring down the price to be more competitive ($110 a month for the top package, compared to the average 50-70 of the other places.) I went on a Saturday so it was packed. And even so, they took their time and my car was meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend this place and going back as it is worth every penny. Easy drop off, simple pricing tiers and options. Lots of good upgrades for the price and convenience. Surprising that this place has no other reviews at this time since they look like they've been in business for a while. The car goes through a hand vacuuming, touch less cycle wash and dry with other options like rain-X coating. The employees met the car at the end of the cycle to give it a hand dry and waxing if chosen. Meanwhile, you can go through the doors and watch the whole thing if you want, from inside. Nice and warm. Some free coffee would be nice though. Hehe. The basic full service wash ($12) left the car nice and shiny and I added tire dressing ($3) to finish the look up. I was in and out in less than 12 minutes or so. Not bad considering the same level of wash would have taken me more than an hour or two to do myself. This is my first time here. This car wash absolutely rocks! I frequently drive across I-84 while traveling on business between New Jersey and New England. My car was a freaking mess and I needed a decent car wash. As many of you know, unfortunately most carwashes are mediocre or simply lousy. Simply put, it's difficult to find a car wash that actually gives a crap about the work they do. It's all about speeding the cars through so they can get to the next one and drive revenue. A big thanks to the fellow Yelpsters who rated this place and got me to go. I arrived on a Monday morning and was the only customer when I pulled up. It seems to be a family run business and everyone was extremely friendly, even jovial. Both teams - the inbound team that that vacuums and sprays the car as well as the folks who dry off the car at the end really put effort into their work. Combined, my car spent 19 minutes being serviced. That simply amazes me and is a great value for my $12 spend. The folks who dry the car at the end spent a great deal of time cleaning off the bugs and road tar that were present on my vehicle. I was so pleased that I gave a second tip to the gang. If you are like me, I vote with my hard earned dollars. These guys deserve every dollar they earn and I will make sure to stop by for future visits when I drive across I - 84. While not perfect, it's close to me, I normally drive away feeling more confident in my car being clean and service is good. When I go here, it's usually for the full deal (not specific detailing) exterior wash, wax, interior clean, wipe, wheel & tire shine, etc. Sometimes it can take a while, which is why you should mainly consider this if you have the time. However their basic washes do move pretty quickly. While you wait, the inside store is accommodating with plenty of impulse purchase options, large option k-cup coffee station and TVs to keep your eyes busy if your phone is low on battery. Terrible, slow, incompetent service. We arrived before they opened and were fifth in line. It took us an entire hour to get out. SLOW, SLOW stay away until they pull their act together. Car did come out nice and clean, but it was a waste of time. This is by far the best car wash around. They take their time to actually make sure your car is clean. The line might get long to wait, but it's only because they are actually making sure they do a good job and not just pushing cars through trying to make a dime. I got the supreme wash the other day and they literally spent 30 minutes on my car. Vacuuming, washing my windows and cleaning my floor mats and trunk. I stopped through this car wash one day while running errands in Danbury (I live 30 mins away in NY), and they did such a phenomenal job and were so friendly that I now drive out of my way to get my car washed here. I am a little OCD and get frustrated when I pay for a full service package and find things that went overlooked, but that is never the case here. Every inch of the car is sparkling and clean and looks like new after a wash here. As a note, I do always opt for the "platinum" package, but it is still much better than what I get at other washes for comparable "top tier" packages. Further, the customer service is amazing. Daniel is so friendly and willing to help. I recently hit my mothers car when backing out of my garage (I know, I know) and Daniel personally took time out of his day to compound and polish all the scratches out of my car.
