The washroom is also clean. I would like to see more magazines in the waiting area. (I suppose most folks play on their phone)

My experience with Dr Mihir Randeria has been always excellent. Unfortunately, he has been moved around At CDC clinic locations which made it difficult for me to get to . My experience with DATS is you are always late and the wait can go up to two hours.Fortunately I was able to Track Dr. Renderia and he is at the Ellerslie location. Being blessed a friend took me to this appointment. I was so delighted to see him . No Anxiety and no Concerns his demur and Expertise on how to work on me is amazing he has given me hope again. It was done really well and you know what he drained my baker's cyst no problem Did not feel any pain. As for the Physicians who are hearing the patients pain about the arthritis and bakers cyst .It is very difficult for a patient when they have chronic pain a in both knees and a baker's cyst a mist other health issues and to about obesity. Yes, I understand that my obesity over the years has Decade my body ,But if to be said I worked as a Crisis manager for ECSD for along time and Raising a child on my own and going back to university were really trying times for me.Now by all means that's no excuse for not looking after myself . So I ended up actually having to call and wait on hold to cancel. The web app you use is the worst I have ever seen. I'm speaking as a Software quality assurance analyst. I test software for a living. You should find a new one that is actually user friendly.

Appointment timing is well planned, with almost no wait time. I was reassured when further testing was indicated and time was taken to offer information and explanations. Location and parking are convenient and the facility is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Washrooms are spotless. Available coffee/tea machine is a perk. Went to Glenwood Radiology in Spruce Grove. It was a very professional and good experience. Little…read morefrustrating with the initial self check-in with temperature reader that wasn't working well. After going into the radiology section, it was a well run process. Things were timely and explained. The radiologist who gave me a cortisone injection was actually the owner and talked about how pleased she was to be able to meet the need for these services out in Spruce/Stony. She also encouraged me to come back in if the bursitis returns (after 3 months) if it lasts for a week. Good to know rather than leaving it to see if it goes away. I will definitely choose to go here again the future if I need radiology services. Found the clinic very welcoming and efficient. Everything was clean and organized.

After hearing nothing for 30 days I followed up with the Westgate location and they told me there was no schedule and it could be november before I receive a call. I understand there are wait times in the system but to have front end untrained or uninformed is unacceptable. It is unfortunate I now feel the need to write down the names of people I speak with to ensure accuracy. Suggest you look at other providers.

I suggest you find a driver to drop you off and they can visit Kingsway mall nearby or take transit. The wait time is pretty organized so try to be on time. Same thing wait room, then screening room, another patient waiting room, & finally the appointment. Recommended for anyone who needs specific pain management but you do need a referral with a requisition from your doctor for a specific reason.
