They spent FOUR HOURS looking over the electrical system before confirming that the issue was with the body control module (something that only the dealer has access to). Only charged me for ONE hour of labour. They will also do MVIs and provide a list of what needs fixing, and allow you to do the work yourself - even providing help tracking down parts!
