They have a special sticking section to order customized jackets and similar products. For Olympics 2024, they have added special decorations both inside and outside the store. There are separate sections dedicated to Olympic clothing. Lots of associates on the floor helping customers. They have a cafe inside the store as well, selling drinks and cafe merchandise with PRL logos. I always like to visit this store, but at most times I don't find worth buying :P. Prices are little higher compared to other similar style and quality brands.

She was so sweet pleasant and really helped make the process so simple! She engaged in conversation with me and it was so genuine and comforting. Esperanza was at the register and was so friendly and bubbly. They both had such beautiful personalities and made me want to stay in the store all day. I will definitely come back as my nephew gets older! I wish them both the best in their futures!

They used to have some really amazing deals at Carter's for 100% cotton clothing (one of a few good…read moreplaces to offer 100% cotton on a lot of clothes), but the styles have significantly gotten worse over the years, I'm not sure why they don't just keep some of the classic styles but they have to try to do all these new things that honestly look like a kid drew them up. We did manage to find a nice shirt for $15, but the pickings were rather slim from a style perspective. One good thing is that we were greeted as we entered by a super friendly associate and generally the service was very customer focused and friendly throughout the store, which was not the attitude I received at other shops in this mall.
