A salesman greeted me seconds after I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him and he showed it to me and I said I'll take it but I'm also going to look around. He said he'd pull one from the back and have it waiting up front. He also offered me still or sparkling water. I accepted since it was a scorching August day. I was shocked to see Acne Studios! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by all the workers and they were super helpful and welcoming. They told me about how this is the only AS outlet store in the country which is really cool. I love the material of their clothing, the fit, & the style. In addition, the products sold at this store had great deals. I bought a pair of dark blue jeans with a unique wash-- originally $350, bought for only $88! What a steal! Also, shoutout to the young girl, around my age that helped pick out various jean sizes for me in the back to try on. She was suggesting the fits for the jeans I wanted and which sizes I should try. The customer service was unmatched. Other AS stores don't have this same environment. Wish I knew their names lol. I will definitely come back when I'm in NYC again!

However, I'm a fan of their ties - I love how at first glance they look like normal ties with a typical patten but as you look closer it gives way to something different. Whenever I make my way up to Woodbury Common I usually stop in here since they're sold at a discounted price vs. the retail stores. The ties are great, but shoes are the real backbone of the company. I have a party coming up, and since I could always use a new pair of shoes, I figured I would have a look at their selection during my latest Woodbury excursion. This Ferragamo store is large - merchandise is separated down the center with men's clothing on one side and women's clothing on the other; I made my way to the shoes to start browsing. It's always a gamble in the outlets because stock can be iffy and there are so many people shopping it's hard to get the attention of an associate; luckily, I did not have to wait long for someone to ask if I needed help. The first pair I was looking at wasn't in stock in my size, but the second one I chose was - after giving them a test run and a quick glance at the ties (you know, just in case), I made my way to checkout. Service was great, the same person who was helping me with the shoes was the one who rung me out - he was friendly and made the transaction seamless. Overall, I had a very smooth experience at Ferragamo. Staff was friendly, and I was able to snag a pair of shoes at the right price. While I'm not sure when I will be making another purchase from here, they will definitely be in my rotation of spots to browse whenever I'm at Woodbury Common.
